And the icing on the cake is the pleasure of exchanging kind words with the owner, who is always close to his wife, who tirelessly manages this beautiful establishment! France is truly beautiful in this haven in Blagnac.

03/03/2026: A very good experience in this unique brasserie, beautifully decorated; you really feel close to the airplanes. A very nice display of model aircraft and photos of aviation and pilots. The food is simple but honest, without any pretension. The service was excellent and very friendly. A good place to eat. My only slight criticism, Madam Manager, please avoid, if possible, belittling your staff in front of customers; it's very humiliating for your waitress, and as a customer, I didn't witness it. Especially since your waitresses are very kind and attentive. Best of luck. Sincerely, A former head waiter.

27/01/2026: Igna's cooking is simply fantastic. His creativity surprises you in every dish. Everything he touches elevates. Beyond this gastronomic delight, it's a place, an atmosphere, and a warm welcome that Céline and her team offer. Of course, it's always busy... but that's our fault! We just shouldn't come back every day! ;-) We highly recommend it.

And the holes in the parking lot have apparently been filled 😉

To put it simply, no one came to take my order at the outside counter, so I went to the inside counter, and when someone finally took the time to look at my order, they cut me off. Apparently, gossip among colleagues was more important than my order. Avoid this place.
