As soon as I saw the duck breast on the grill, my mind was made up…
I’d never seen a duck breast that size, at least twice the size of the ones I’d get at the butcher’s!
The lamb chops are just as impressive: two are enough to generously fill the plate.
The homemade fries are simply perfect, crispy and delicious.
The staff is incredibly attentive, taking care of every detail; you don’t even have to ask them for a glass of water or anything else.
In short, you’ll want to become a regular customer right away! Thank you for this exceptional experience.

11/11/2024: We are very disappointed, raclette pancakes were practically inedible because they were so salty. We have just started our meal.
The dessert isn't great either.
We do not recommend this restaurant.
On the other hand, you can easily book online.

It's part of your job to warn your customers that certain dishes are very salty.
You are not the first restaurant where we have this dish. We have never encountered this problem.
As for dessert, it was quickly eaten because, to be honest, we were still hungry.
And like dessert we were going to pay for it.
So yes it was eaten.
You are not in good faith.

10/11/2024: The food was disappointing. The food was somewhat tasteless and the service was poor. The host didn't know how to communicate, and that's why, for example, the steak came at the wrong degree of doneness. The place was quiet, no customers.

12/02/2026: The worst restaurant in Saint-Gaudens!! Frozen food at exorbitant prices, mediocre quality... an inedible flank steak, and deplorable service. I don't even understand how it attracts customers, and the reviews are completely false!!
Shameful, and we'll never go back.
Complaint also sent. Because for an establishment like this, you expect the bare minimum... that friendliness is optional, and that good food should be a given!! But oh well, not for you... what a shame.
11/02/2026: No tissues in the room.
The hot water is scalding hot and then only lukewarm.
No heating in the bathroom.
A bit noisy at times when people are in the hallways.
Noisy upstairs when someone walks by; it creaks.
The bed is comfortable.
The parking is convenient, but it's a shame it's not free.

20/12/2025: So, you shouldn't be in a hurry, nor be sensitive to the cold.
Arrived at 12:15 pm, it took over 40 minutes to get the starter... a plate of foie gras, which was good, like the rest of the meal.
A bit pricey though, considering the fries were frozen and the dishes were relatively simple.
On the other hand, everything was very cold, and it's not at all pleasant to be cold while eating.
30/10/2025: Excellent meal, good quality ingredients, well cooked and presented. Calm atmosphere and service with a smile and professionalism.

29/11/2024: I am very happy to have chosen this hotel, the welcome is very warm, the manager and his team very pleasant.
The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is family.
The restaurant is very friendly and serves small, well-cooked homemade dishes. If I have to return on mission to the region, I would choose the Pedussaut hotel without hesitation.
07/10/2024: Quite spacious room, waterproof shutters, good sanitary facilities, pretty breakfast room, outdoor terrace, well-varied breakfast, our bikes stored in a closed room, wide reception hours, friendly welcome. I recommend

20/08/2024: To flee!!! Burnt pizza, 20 minutes late on order. Staff not very friendly...
Clarification on your answer: no drink offered and for your information the 2 pizzas remained stuck in your super oven. If I had not alerted the young man when it was cooking, the second would have been in the same state as the first.

Lack of a little cooking
And an effort must be made on hygiene; the same gloves cannot be used to make pizzas and cash people… and pick up the phone…

quel dommage qu il ait fallu attendre quasiment une heure après la commande

la qualité de la cuisine mériterait un service plus rapide et efficace
13/07/2024: 16 Heures, je demande au barman quelles sont ses bières pressions; celui-ci semble déstabiliser. Il me dit qu'il a un Goudale pression, parfait, je commande. Il s'avère que c'était plutôt une Kronembourg...Première étape.
16H10 Un homme avachi, bedonnant et anesthésié par les artéfacts chimiques présents dans son corps de toute évidence se dandine tant bien que mal sur un fauteuil de cet établissement.
16H20, je cherche une table en prenant ma "goudale", je me dirige vers la terrasse ou je constate une floppée de personnes "non recommandable" se tenant sur celle-ci.
16H30 Je bois ma bière tant bien que mal sur une table a l'écart, quand tout de go, une jeune fille vient m'adresser la parole avec une histoire ubuesque afin de me délester de quelques euros.
16H35 Comprenant le subterfuge je finis mon verre illico presto et m'en vais rapidement de ce nid de vipère.
Voilà mon expérience, n'y allez jamais!
