28/03/2026: A lovely little restaurant with a rustic mountain atmosphere. Large, generous portions at a very reasonable price. The owner is friendly and welcoming. My dog ​​was welcome, which was much appreciated. The place is clean. Parking nearby. Very well located (church, mini-market, etc.). I will definitely be back when the weather is nicer. Thank you for a lovely time! :)

28/03/2026: The owner is fantastic, extremely kind and attentive to customers, dogs are welcome without any problem, and the portions are large and generous for a very reasonable price. The establishment is also clean, and there's parking right in front of the restaurant. I'll be back every time I'm in the area!

15/03/2026: A disaster! The dish looked awful, the meat was bad, the side dishes very basic, and above all, completely tasteless! The meat was really tough, which is a shame for such a high-quality cut! The bread wasn't good either, which is a pity, because the cheese was still good but poorly complemented! The dessert was very light! Following the restaurant's takeover by a new chef, I came to try it with my friends, and we were very disappointed. This restaurant has been a favorite of mine for 15 years, where I've often come to introduce my friends to local products. I won't be going back! A loss for the village of Les Estables! Why change something that was working?! Those who want to see a beautiful timber frame should visit the Bourlatier farm...it will cost you less, as the prices seem to have gone up! It's a shame to do such a poor job on a restaurant that had a good reputation!
