I am a good customer who has ordered sushi at least twice a month for many years…
my last four orders have been LAZY
On the last one, I was not delivered of certain products. After calling the store, I was told that they would be delivered to me with a free dessert... two hours later I still had not received anything and when I called back, I was told that I would not be refunded not and that I had to order new things so that I could have a credit!!!
This is theft, pure and simple, and I'm going to go to the police to report it.
The time before, I was supposed to be delivered at 7 p.m. and at 9 p.m., there was still nothing...
The service for a year has been truly dismal, leaves something to be desired and is lower than anything.
I therefore do not recommend these Sushis whose price has increased and the quantity has significantly decreased.

This is already the second time.. and fortunately this time the order is complete..
from today I will order elsewhere.. really not serious!!!

Top-notch atmosphere and meals.
We had a great time for a more than fair price. The waiters and waitresses present were adorable. We were served quickly and in a good mood. The wine that we were recommended was excellent! Just like tartiflette. I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed.

05/04/2024: Nothing to complain about the products sold, the young woman present today is quite pleasant but it seems that there are perhaps not enough staff. The upstairs space was absolutely perfect for a few hours of teleworking, which I really enjoyed. On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness at the time of my visit, the floors were more than limited, even worse the toilets, I would even say that it is unacceptable to leave the toilets in such a dirty state. Repugnant. It is often said that to know how clean a restaurant's kitchen is, you have to look at the toilets. At the moment this leaves me perplexed.
16/03/2024: Super nice place, very dynamic young team. Excellent coffees, value for money, nothing to say. Small downside to the prices for the drinks, the muffins... the customer has to get up to place their order, carry their order themselves and dispose of it, too bad... Otherwise, apart from this the place is really nice, good atmosphere , good music...🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍

04/04/2024: I had the pleasure of discovering your pastry shop recently, and I must say that it has become one of my favorite places to enjoy a cake and relax during a break. Your cakes are exceptional, with a very delicate taste and a visually very pretty presentation. I particularly like how you introduce different types of cakes each season, which shows your commitment to variety and originality.

24/03/2024: Having lived in Annecy for many years, and having already visited this restaurant, I wanted to repeat the experience by taking my partner for his birthday with our children and our daughter-in-law who no longer live here.
we had several thoughts, the first to know if our eldest was really 12 years old for the children's menu, the second I had asked to put candles on the cake of my partner not seeing the candles on his cake I asked the waitress where are they (discreetly) and I take it you have to relax madam…
To finish instead of putting 49 years they put 89,
I find that the service is not worthy of a semi-gastronomic or even a restaurant.
I wanted everything to be perfect and I was disappointed, even our children told me, you saw the way the lady spoke to you, that can't be done.
For pretty good cooking, dry chocolate cake.
I don't think I will repeat the experience of this restaurant
18/03/2024: On our two business menus, a rack of pork clearly overcooked and too dry! No information on the dessert that will be served...that day, a cup of rice pudding and caramel....bad luck, it's the only dessert that I have never enjoyed!! Too bad, I tested it but....
