01/04/2026: I had lunch at Phan’x in Cluses. Overall, it was good: the shrimp fritters and shrimp udon were excellent, and you can tell the dishes are made to order. There's a bit of a wait, but in this case, it's not a problem; quite the opposite. The atmosphere is pleasant. The gentleman is very welcoming, while the lady is considerably less so, which makes the service somewhat inconsistent. The real downside is the price of the shrimp fritters: they were tasty, but frankly too expensive for just three small tempura. It's a shame, because it leaves a mixed impression, even though the rest is quite satisfactory.

18/04/2026: Ate today, very disappointed. The couscous was reheated, and what's more, the so-called broth and vegetables in the pasta smelled burnt. It also tasted burnt.

18/04/2026: Having allergies, it was difficult to find an allergen-free dish. The manager offered to prepare something just for me, adapted to my allergies. This was a very kind gesture, and not everyone would have done that. I highly recommend it. Excellent service!

10/03/2026: I'm very disappointed with this pickup point. Three of my Chronopost packages were delivered to this restaurant, and today, Tuesday, they still haven't been scanned, so I can't collect them. I find this completely unacceptable. When you choose to be a pickup point, you have to be able to provide the service properly. If you can't manage both a restaurant and a pickup point, it's perhaps better to avoid offering both. It's all the more unfortunate because I had already come to pick up pizzas while collecting a package before, and I was planning to do the same again. But after this experience, I won't have my packages delivered here anymore, and I won't be coming back for pizzas either. Making the trip for nothing, without any explanation, is disrespectful to customers.

08/03/2026: The pizzas are amazing and the desserts are a real treat, especially the homemade tiramisu! The owner and her husband always give us a fantastic welcome. It's our favorite little restaurant here, a little piece of Italy in Cluses ♥️
