22/01/2024: Perfect for a night for a ski weekend! Room for 3 small but functional and comfortable. Comfortable bedding also. Very warm welcome as well and ease of changing reservation dates. But the rooms are not well insulated from each other and you can hear the neighbors walking and the water drains.
One note: the breakfast is not that described on the site: no homemade jams and no eggs or cold meats (and industrial cheese). Breakfast price a little high given the quality of the products that day.

15/03/2024: Welcome and friendly staff. Big downside for the dish of the day “haddock fillet with small vegetables” but it’s more of a lot of small vegetables with a little haddock fillet. Fortunately the bread is excellent so can be eaten dry.
Maybe I came on the wrong day.

30/03/2024: I came with a friend on March 29 after a last good day of skiing, the Viennese chocolate was delicious. On the other hand, at the end of the afternoon, there were very few cakes left on the menu. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the "torch" and my friend by the vanilla flan.
23/03/2024: Hot chocolate is truly comforting. On the other hand, the service of the girl who took our order is deplorable. We have been completely abandoned. Once we arrive to take our order, she tells us that we have 5 minutes to decide without having had a card. And when we tell her that we've been waiting for the menu for a while, she dares to say no, it's not true (even though she served a table next door, arriving after us in the meantime) and leaves, turning her back in the middle of it. conversation. Never seen!!
She really deserves a course in hospitality.
Fortunately the chocolate was good, otherwise this lady deserves a -5 star.

05/04/2024: Outdoor cabaret with great singers and excellent ambiance which come at a price.
23/03/2024: Be careful, you must arrive with ski or snowboard boots...
We went up on snowshoes: entry refused with our hiking shoes around 2:30 p.m. even though there weren't many people there (20 to 30 people on the terrace!)
Note the professionalism (of the musicians, singers, dancers and DJs) when you have to “perform” for so few people!

06/04/2024: I came twice, the servers are pleasant and the burgers are delicious. Incredible value for money given the location in the center of Saint Gervais.
02/03/2024: To flee!!!! The service is as pleasant as jumping off a cliff. You have to wait 35 minutes for an extremely expensive Caesar salad because the “change of cooks” is “complicated”. The parmesan was forgotten. Unforgettable experience guaranteed but not in a good way!!! Restaurant to avoid at all costs!

03/03/2024: The food is great but the atmosphere and the views are amazing.
I was not impressed by the service but they changed my steak all three times I complained about how it was cooked. Eventually I enjoyed it medium rare!
28/02/2024: Service was slow, staff couldn’t care one bit, forgot the order after chasing numerous times. Could have got better service in McDonalds. Food was poor and over priced, such a shame
