30/03/2026: The hotel is perfectly located at the foot of the slopes, with a friendly and very welcoming staff. The view of Mont Blanc from the breakfast room is magnificent. We had an excellent stay thanks to the team and the thoughtful touches in our room (pastries, water, toiletries, etc.). We will gladly return!

30/03/2026: Where to start? Is a great location the reason why everything else has to be so horrible? Reception has a hard time speaking English so they just hang up on you when you are trying to get information. Twice. Once when we were trying to get a code for the parking. You book an extra bed for your child and when you arrive it isn't ready. Then when it comes, it is broken and it takes hours to replace. Breakfast is simply sad, really. The room is old not in a good way. Carpeted with ancient smells.. THe flip flops for the sauna are reusable. Seems like hotel management is trying to save money on the smallest things. The shower on the bathroom is awful. A small amount of water comes out of it. For the price we paid, this is most likely the worst place we have ever stayed at.

23/07/2026: Kindly asked to use the toilet, quickly and urgently. I also mentioned that I’m a pregnant woman. They refused to let me use it unless I would have buy something. I’ll let you judge that.

16/07/2026: The owner is incredibly stingy. I came for lunch last week (the Caesar salad was okay, nothing special for the price), but today I have to catch a bus to Bellegarde and I'm running late. I decided to take a chance and asked to use the fast-food restaurant's restroom. The owner practically pounced on me and demanded I buy something—anything, really—so he could recoup the cost of the water and toilet paper. He just lost a customer (at least), but he probably doesn't care, because all that matters to him is money; customer satisfaction is secondary.

21/06/2026: We originally came just for a drink during the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) and ended up deciding to stay for dinner. We were told that all the tables were reserved and that we could only eat inside or at a high table. We accepted without hesitation. A few minutes later, a couple who arrived after us, without any apparent reservation, were offered the table we had previously occupied. This gave us the impression that some customers were being treated better than others, which was quite unpleasant. As for the meal, the burger we ordered was very dry and did not match the menu description: neither the advertised sauce nor the Parmesan cheese was present. After we complained, we were offered complimentary desserts. Unfortunately, despite a long wait, no one ever came to take our order. We finally decided to leave. We live in the area and had simply come to enjoy a pleasant time with our family before a day of school and work the next day. We weren't looking to stay out late, just to be welcomed and served properly. It's a shame, because the atmosphere at the Fête de la Musique was lovely, but the lack of attention unfortunately spoiled our experience.

03/05/2026: The restaurant looked promising at first glance, but I was very disappointed once I sat down. A hot box with raw potatoes, oily cheese, and low-quality charcuterie. A sacrilege for the region... And to top it off, a nasty case of indigestion!

02/05/2026: The restaurant's menu, while promising, quickly disappointed us once we started eating. The cheese was oily, the potatoes undercooked, and the charcuterie low-quality… Despite this, the service was very good, and the waitress was also very pleasant. What a shame! We expected more from our evening at this establishment.

22/07/2026: My wife and I had a great time. The beers are excellent, the pizzas are very good, as is the tartiflette. And the service was great, with smiles, kindness, and a sense of humor. Frankly, I struggle to understand the one-star reviews… For us, it's a 5-star experience without hesitation!

21/07/2026: We had a fantastic meal, very generous portions for lunch, fresh and well-prepared. Half a pizza was amazing, the Reblochon cheese sandwich was incredible, and the chicken burger was wow! The service was also excellent, very pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back before we leave for our holiday.

21/03/2026: So, we went inside to eat and were told we could only eat outside. We sat outside and were told we were sitting in the wrong section. The correct section was full so we went elsewhere. Why not make this clear?

01/03/2026: Lovely food and breathtaking view on the mountains. After the difficult to reach place this is a great escape to have a little break

07/03/2026: We came for lunch during a day of skiing. The positives: the food was very good and the location is great. However: it's very expensive and, above all, the service is very inconsistent and lacking in friendliness. There were four of us adults with an order that suggested a reasonable bill. Our only request was for the cheese to be served separately in the soup (an appetizer costing over €10). The soup arrived with the cheese already in it. Without a word. I called the waiter over to point it out, and he offered me a small bowl to remove it myself. A waitress brought it to us and, far from apologizing, said, "It's the chef's fault." No apology, and she was condescending when I tried to say that it wasn't what we had ordered. In short, we won't be back: there are much nicer people at much more affordable prices all over the resort!
