18/08/2024: Very very dirty hotel, flee this hotel already just in between the smell is unbearable never anyone at reception, the rooms are not at all like in the photos in our room the smell was to vomit it was very very dirty the sheets when we arrived were not changed there were stains, the bathroom towels also the stay in this hotel was horrible even to sleep we had difficulty with this unbearable smell in addition to this they did not want us refund for one night because we wanted to leave so much that there is no hygiene, lousy stay, I advise against it.
11/06/2024: Practically a building adapted for guest houses. Small rooms with a blind bathroom created from a recess in the room. In practice it is good for unpretentious young people and very adaptable adults. The view from the 4th floor and the proximity to the sanctuary entrance makes the difference. Not good for XL people and for more than 2 days. Not even if you are allergic because it is full of carpet. Managed by Indo-Asian operators, therefore with their standards of beauty and cleanliness. No breakfast and difficult to find if you are lactointolerant.

Too much waiting time at the 2 small elevators which are insufficient in number and size given the number of rooms.
The breakfast buffet and the evening meal buffet are of poor quality considering the price.
Friendly staff.

22/08/2024: Very warm welcome and fast service. The waitresses and chef are really nice! The food is very good: pizzas, lasagna, salad. We had a great time and will happily come back.
20/08/2024: I took a "crepe" which unfortunately had a very strong burnt aftertaste.

09/09/2024: Very warm welcome, to begin with the person at the counter dares to say strongly I hope they haven't come to eat.
Secondly, after half an hour of waiting when we asked this same person to order, this nice gentleman replied: you are not alone, eh.
My advice is not to go to this place and move on.
I think this gentleman has not understood that if he can live it is thanks to his customers.
Looking forward to never seeing you again.
03/08/2024: This workers are very rude with us . 8 of us 4 Adults and 4 kids went for dinner and we were not welcomed and rushed our order. We asked how many people can eat one pizza since he did not help is with the order and we were told 1 per person and we ordered 8 pizzas and when we got the order it was 8 pizzas 14” and i asked him do u really think this 4 years old going to eat this large pizza and he said yes, if he does not eat take it home. This bold guy who works there never respected .

There were 3 of us. It's not possible to sit indoors despite free tables... but, you understand, if I have a group arriving...
So not a great welcome because you are not considered. Waiter with a smile and friendly but hey… only reheated: fries like croque and chicken… no taste… huge value for money in the wrong way… no rush for the bill either… very very bad experience

20/08/2024: Got three coffees and a pistachio icecream. Person was very friendly but pretty sure we got overcharged and scammed and paid over 12 euros for our coffee since we never saw a menu or pricing or received itemized receipt. Also was told to come indoors to make the payment and get my change. Do not recommend it and wouldn't go back.
20/08/2024: It's a really bad restaurant. The wait time is 1h30 -2h for an order.
Meal is not cooked well..🙄

The bar was quite full but a 2-seat table was free. Perfect for our group of 6. A first server asks us what we want to drink and we ask for the drinks menu. He brings it to us.
A second comes and tells us that we should not be on this table, I then ask him what he can offer us because obviously our presence at this table does not bother his first colleague. “Your presence there bothers us”… I ask my question again “no worries, what’s the best thing you can offer us?” “Nothing but you’re bothering us.”
My answer will be simple, "if we bother you then we leave", answer "you are offended for nothing but have a good day"
Professionalism that speaks for itself and leaves something to be desired...

04/09/2024: Came to Lourdes for the beer and craic, this place didn't disappoint. Beer is fresh, and lads behind the bar are friendly.
29/08/2024: Pleasant service, expensive for what it is in my opinion.
2 cm pizza freezes too many ingredients stifling cheese in wire.
The children's menu is correct but also expensive for something not homemade.
The Burger the meat not good at all.
Without comment, don't go there and pass by!

13/09/2024: After trudging to the castle we went back down to the closed museum between noon and 1:30 p.m., so we looked for a place to eat not too far away, and we found Eden an adorable welcome, a pilgrim's plate for lunch with a coke, and we immediately come back after the museum to have a super nice drink we recommended recommended my parents who were there also to eat and have a drink and in fact it became our establishment for the weekend. The food was great, the welcome was super nice and that made us was enough to satisfy our stay from Thursday to Monday departure. Thanks to the boss on behalf of the people of Mont Saint Michel and their cowboy.😉

10/09/2024: Di italiano c’è ben poco. Ma non è questo il punto. Lasagne orribili. Pane duro , in Francia le baghette sono fantastiche , ma li neppure quelle. Disattenzione pura. Nel tavolo vicino a dove stavo io, ben due coppie hanno lascito il posto per che non sono stati considerati. Uno può accontentarsi di mangiare una lasagna orribile ed una amatriciana di sapore dolciastro in Francia. Ma la attenzione dei camerieri è dello staff dovrebbe essere meno disattenta visto il prezzo. Era meglio qualche hanno fa. Ora lo sconsiglio a chiunque. Ci sono ristoranti migliori , meglio una brasserie dove hanno delle favolose insalate e delle baguette fresche con tutto quello che volete. Oppure consiglio il mercato centrale in città.
08/09/2024: Personale dopo le 22,30 che ti invita a sbrigarti perché devono chiudere ! Il forno chiude. Siamo arrivati alle 22 chiesto una birra con patatine in busta le avevano finite ! Sconsigliatissimo e togliere il nome Italia e’ consigliato non ha a nulla a che vedere con la cortesia dei nostri ristoranti pizzerie ! Sconsigliato
