11/08/2026: Honestly, a really great place. I tried this Vietnamese restaurant and had a really good meal. The dishes are delicious, the portions are decent, and above all, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The flavors are well-defined without being overpowering. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the service was smooth, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. We had a lovely time without feeling rushed. I really enjoyed the food; it's a nice change from the usual restaurants. Special mention goes to the Vietnamese dishes, which were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. I recommend it if you like Vietnamese food or if you simply want to try something different. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

30/09/2026: This café-restaurant has everything going for it: a location just minutes from the sanctuary, an outdoor area, and a spacious interior. The food is decent and served in a reasonable timeframe despite the number of customers. However, the major drawback is the waiter, who is unpleasant, makes comments as soon as you order, trying to get a tip, and negatively comments on everything you order. At first, I thought it was just a bit of offbeat humor, but no! The other diners seemed perfectly normal. Perhaps it was the pressure, but all the tables around me had the same experience.

29/09/2026: 2/20 As a professional, I wonder how you can serve this. Just opening cans of food or something. Your cooks have no skills whatsoever, except for assembling food. Might as well go to McDonald's.

19/09/2026: Disappointed with the meal. I received the mustard at the end of the meal. I also received the drink at the end of the meal. The leg of lamb was very fatty. Furthermore, the owner's smile was missing. The staff were very smiley. No, I will not be returning. Mr. Dupuis.

03/09/2026: Delicious and generous portions. Very friendly service. Restaurant at the Best Western hotel, excellent hotel location. Unfortunately, while everything else was perfect, my dish was lukewarm/cold, even though the ingredients were perfectly cooked.

10/05/2026: The food was awful, absolutely nothing Italian about it; aside from the obviously local products, the recipes had nothing to do with Italy. We were staying at the hotel, otherwise we would never have entered the restaurant (in Lourdes, the food is French, not pseudo-Italian). Unfortunately, we ordered a pizza diavola, a carpet of flour with horrible-tasting salami cubes; then we ordered a veal cutlet, which was nothing but veal cutlet, the meat edible, but we certainly weren't expecting that shoe sole; we ordered bread with fromage de chevre: cold cheese and warm salad, all smothered in bread. We also ordered the vegetable puree, which at least was decently good. The service is beyond reproach; the waiter didn't even know what we'd ordered. It's fine not to speak Italian, of course, but we at least expected him to explain, in French, what was on the plate, which we couldn't make out from the menu. Prices were normal, but definitely not worthy of what we ate.

06/08/2026: This was our second stay at this hotel, and its convenient location, just a short walk from the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, makes it an excellent choice for pilgrims and visitors alike. It was pleasing to see that the hotel has undertaken refurbishment since our last visit. The reception team Emma and Cinge were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms have been tastefully renovated with a modern design and updated amenities. However, the standard of housekeeping remains quite basic, and there are noticeable maintenance issues that would benefit from greater attention. Addressing these areas would further enhance the overall guest experience.

10/07/2026: The location is excellent, very close to the beautiful Sanctuary. The buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The lunch and dinner was a 3 course set menu and excellent, especially the fish dish and desserts. The dining room has full length windows giving a good view over the street. A supermarket straight opposite is useful for all essentials. We receiced kind, caring and attentive service from all staff. The bar area is a peaceful and relaxing space. The beds were comfortable and room clean and quiet and with the bonus of a balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again. Thank you, may god bless you all 😊 Chris

28/09/2026: If you want to be treated badly, come to this establishment! My mother had lunch at this brasserie on September 27, 2026. Everything was fine until she went to the restroom to wash her hands. Imagine her surprise when, upon her return, three people had taken her table (I should point out that she hadn't finished her meal and had left her belongings there) and obviously refused to move. Shocked by the other diners, my mother had to change tables to finish her meal in peace. She mentioned it to the cashier, who curtly replied, "We're not the police; things move fast in Lourdes." The bottom line: a meal finished in two stages at two different tables, and not even a meager apology for my mother's displeasure, having had her table stolen. She also didn't want anyone to move heaven and earth to resolve this incident, but she expected better from such a highly rated brewery.

06/10/2026: Very welcoming staff on Sunday night. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and considering how late we went, we weren't rushed. Good food (had a toastie, waffles and a tea) and great service from the staff.

02/10/2026: This is the first time I've been refused a table because I was only supposed to have a drink instead of a meal... because the chairs are flimsy, and I'm in a heavy goods vehicle, that's how you lose a customer...😡

01/10/2026: We only had a few coffees, but the quality and service were excellent.

16/08/2026: The service was good, but the price was a bit too high: 2 crepes and 2 coffees for €28. The prices on the menu didn't match the bill. €7 for a crepe, but the size of it made me laugh. It was a crepe for a 4-year-old.

12/09/2026: Unacceptable service. I came to eat at this McDonald's with my children. One of my children's burgers (cheeseburger), costing €3.70, didn't arrive at the table, even though the total order was €106. We went inside to complain, and one of the employees, who acted like he was the boss and was rude, said the cheeseburger was coming on the tray. I told him, "You have all the sandwiches right in front of you, and you can see who didn't get the cheeseburger unless some sucker came and ate it." He replied, "Well, a big sucker then. I'm not bringing you another cheeseburger." I asked to see the manager and to check the security cameras outside our table. A man, supposedly the manager but lacking the professional demeanor, came to see us. We explained the situation again, and he said, "I'll be right back." Ten minutes later, he returned, saying that the sandwich had gone inside and that he hadn't been able to see it on the security cameras outside. It's not about the 3 euros 70, but the attitude of the employees.

13/08/2026: The boss is great and has been giving it his all for ten years, and his daughters are great too, and they're so professional! I'd give it another 10,000%, seriously! 💕💕 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

17/10/2026: Appalling service. Seated on the terrace with a takeaway hot chocolate, I was shocked when the waiter verbally attacked me because I hadn't taken a tray! Unacceptable behavior, not to mention the exorbitant prices (€4 for a coffee). Avoid this place.
