21/09/2024: Excellent quality, I had lunch of tomato brunoise with fresh cheese and arugula pesto, and beef fillet, shallot sauce with red port and large homemade fries, truly an exceptional meal, excellent 👌

16/09/2024: Impeccable welcome and service, a young, dynamic and smiling team. Very good cuisine with perfect presentation. The desserts are very beautiful but lack flavor such as chocolate or cake bases. Overall a good experience which could be improved by the pastry chef

17/09/2024: Nous avons manger deux soirs de suite et aucun soucis ….par contre ce soir pas de chips à l’apéro 4,20 la suze pas de pain ….l’assiette spaghetti bolognaise un peu radin sur la quantité …..les wc pas propre ….merci pour la belle table sur la terrasse ….le personnel est très sympa et très gentil….dommage pour notre dernière soirée pas top …..mardi 17 septembre on sort du resto

09/09/2024: Very warm welcome, to begin with the person at the counter dares to say strongly I hope they haven't come to eat. Secondly, after half an hour of waiting when we asked this same person to order, this nice gentleman replied: you are not alone, eh. My advice is not to go to this place and move on. I think this gentleman has not understood that if he can live it is thanks to his customers. Looking forward to never seeing you again.

03/08/2024: This workers are very rude with us . 8 of us 4 Adults and 4 kids went for dinner and we were not welcomed and rushed our order. We asked how many people can eat one pizza since he did not help is with the order and we were told 1 per person and we ordered 8 pizzas and when we got the order it was 8 pizzas 14” and i asked him do u really think this 4 years old going to eat this large pizza and he said yes, if he does not eat take it home. This bold guy who works there never respected .

21/09/2024: Friendly little hotel, very close to the train station and easy straightforward walk from the main points of attraction, clean and quiet, even though it is right on the main road, the soundproof windows do their job We loved that they had additional blankets I always get cold at night, having an extra blanket contributed to a good night sleep We didn’t plan Lourdes, originally we were going to pic du midi, but had to amend our plans and stay in Lourdes, but we have seen and done everything that people come there for, thanks to the lovely lady at the reception Also they offer continental buffet breakfast with good selection of sweet and savoury things

17/04/2024: Deux fois qu'on vient manger et toujours aussi bien reçu. Repas très bon et serveurs très gentils. Je recommande vivement

05/04/2024: Disappointed with this hotel. It is true that the location is great! It is one minute from the sanctuary but access to the parking is difficult and costs €20 a day. But it's just that: good location. For a four-star hotel and the most expensive in Lourdes in April 2024, the buffet is horrible. No variety and very bad products. I've tried buffets in hostels that were a thousand times better. Here you either want bad ham or bad cheese, or you want super spicy sausages or cold bacon. There is nothing else! A super super crappy buffet!!!! To go to breakfast and then have breakfast in any cafeteria… The people at the reception are very nice, that's also true. We saw in the hallway that there were wheelchairs and cranes to lift and move people with reduced mobility, so I understand that they provide a good service in that regard.

10/05/2024: Every thinking are really good, very good and tasty food, realy fast service and kindly mamy languages. It od realy fantastic restaurant.

18/08/2024: Very very dirty hotel, flee this hotel already just in between the smell is unbearable never anyone at reception, the rooms are not at all like in the photos in our room the smell was to vomit it was very very dirty the sheets when we arrived were not changed there were stains, the bathroom towels also the stay in this hotel was horrible even to sleep we had difficulty with this unbearable smell in addition to this they did not want us refund for one night because we wanted to leave so much that there is no hygiene, lousy stay, I advise against it.

11/06/2024: Practically a building adapted for guest houses. Small rooms with a blind bathroom created from a recess in the room. In practice it is good for unpretentious young people and very adaptable adults. The view from the 4th floor and the proximity to the sanctuary entrance makes the difference. Not good for XL people and for more than 2 days. Not even if you are allergic because it is full of carpet. Managed by Indo-Asian operators, therefore with their standards of beauty and cleanliness. No breakfast and difficult to find if you are lactointolerant.

30/08/2024: Serveurs très sympathiques au petit soin pour la clientèle. A deux reprises nous avons mangé et avons été très satisfait. Copieux et vraiment prix très raisonnable

16/08/2024: Posto angusto . Cibo medio-basso. Luogo che mi dava l’impressione di poco pulito. Il piatto di mia figlia era rotto e mezzo sporco. (Come si fa a portare un piatto simile?) Prezzi troppo alti per quello che fanno da mangiare. Forse va bene solo per sedersi a bere una birra

13/09/2024: After trudging to the castle we went back down to the closed museum between noon and 1:30 p.m., so we looked for a place to eat not too far away, and we found Eden an adorable welcome, a pilgrim's plate for lunch with a coke, and we immediately come back after the museum to have a super nice drink we recommended recommended my parents who were there also to eat and have a drink and in fact it became our establishment for the weekend. The food was great, the welcome was super nice and that made us was enough to satisfy our stay from Thursday to Monday departure. Thanks to the boss on behalf of the people of Mont Saint Michel and their cowboy.😉
