29/03/2024: Great service, very good food! I,had Paella Fruits de Mer. The rice was perfectly cooked and spiced well. The shrimp and langoustine were overcooked, but the calamari could not have been better! Overall, a fine dish! Felipe was helpful with my VERY basic French and spoke English very well. I will be back again!

25/02/2024: Manager, disrespectful. No one has ever spoken to us so badly And why ? Because we had to pay for breakfast which was served from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. But unfortunately we did not wake up on time after a 13-hour drive. So it doesn't matter, we had to pay the amount due which was normal. But no, the lady set us on fire because she had everything prepared that we were disrespecting her. That it's not because there were 4 of us in front of her that she was going to be silent. Total incomprehension on our part We had to explain to her that we were sorry and tired and that in any case everything was settled without changing anything except the fact that she put 4 bowls on the table and 4 pieces of bread. We had the right that we were going to make a waste of food, we offered her if she wanted to take the bread but nothing to do, no discussion possible. She's stubborn so we left, leaving her to talk alone. I believe that at some point we have to let go of stupidity and bad faith and this manager is unfortunately gone. Very disappointed and shocking behavior

11/02/2024: You get what you pay for so don't expect much for the hotel. Lady at the reception is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean but barely any room in the shower cubicle to move around. WORSE part is that the room service lady tried to just open the dood and come in every time without giving us any space for privacy what so ever. Just after we checked in they tried to open the door and come in, then both days in the morning they tried to just come in without giving us 10 seconds to come to the door. Website says check out is at 1030 but they tried to come in by 10am when we were still in bed. Just unprofessional and rude. Heather don't work in the rooms but there was hot water for shower. Yet again it's one of the cheapest available in the area.

02/04/2024: Very nice place furnished in a simple way but characterized by many photos, plaques and scarves and football club shirts. Very good cappuccino and croissants. Highly recommended.

31/03/2024: I highly recommend, very welcoming boss and staff. Excellent quality of dishes. Hearty and homemade from starter to dessert. Thanks to them we are reconciled with restaurants.

02/04/2024: Last night we went to buy two portions of rice with shrimp, to take away, and he gave us both portions in the same aluminum taper. That in my opinion is one serving, not two. If you order two, you serve them in a different taper. The rice was just like its name, rice and some chopped shrimp, no vegetables or anything. A powder on top that stung a little and that's it. I expected something better for €16 to be honest. Totally disappointing.

02/03/2024: What can I say, the boss should have been happy with the fact that he had a full busload of Asians in his restaurant this lunchtime and curiously it was quite the opposite, he showed it to us through an angry face that was as unpleasant as possible. The bill was very excessive compared to what was served. No all a la carte menu, let's go happily 109 euros for 4! No starter, 4 dishes and a dessert for 2. We won't be coming back!

30/03/2024: Good morning, Where to start ? The servers, and I think I also spoke with the manager, are all warm, smiling and welcoming. The meals are excellent, with a choice of cooking (even if, as a rule, the meat is blue 😂). The seasoning and the sauce are successful, truly extraordinary. The cheese plate is incredible. I don't like blue cheese at all, and yet it was good. I'm passing through, but if I come back to Lourdes, I will choose you first.

05/04/2024: Disappointed with this hotel. It is true that the location is great! It is one minute from the sanctuary but access to the parking is difficult and costs €20 a day. But it's just that: good location. For a four-star hotel and the most expensive in Lourdes in April 2024, the buffet is horrible. No variety and very bad products. I've tried buffets in hostels that were a thousand times better. Here you either want bad ham or bad cheese, or you want super spicy sausages or cold bacon. There is nothing else! A super super crappy buffet!!!! To go to breakfast and then have breakfast in any cafeteria… The people at the reception are very nice, that's also true. We saw in the hallway that there were wheelchairs and cranes to lift and move people with reduced mobility, so I understand that they provide a good service in that regard.

05/04/2024: The burgers are sad, poorly prepared, smaller..., far from the photos shown... We are disappointed and will soon go to the BK in Lourdes...

28/01/2024: The experience is a bit strange. As we arrived we thought it was going to be disastrous because the waiter doesn't know how to treat customers. But in the end the food wasn't that bad and the guy who seemed to be the owner treated us much better. The bathrooms were very clean and looked newly renovated.

14/01/2024: Great fun time here! We were picked up at 3:30 p.m. to eat! It was great. Very clean We ate very well, inexpensive and plentiful, we couldn't finish the dish!! I really recommend A big thank you to the manager with his sunny mood!!

02/04/2024: I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I messed up our booking, and booked the wrong night. They were super accommodating and helped us in too many ways to list.

31/12/2023: Good value for money regarding the menu and the dishes offered. Long service: 3 good quarters of an hour between each course and the room is not full. The fire alarm that goes off in the middle of a meal is unfortunately beyond their control. Waited 45 minutes for the bill and the digestive, finally forgotten three times by the waiter. 3 hours on site for starter + main course. No background music on a New Year's Eve, too bad, having to hear the young couple arguing in front of us. In the end, a noisy meal due to the disrespectful clientele. On the other hand, impeccable service, polite, respectful.
