23/08/2026: It's a shame the manager on Sunday evenings is so unpleasant. It makes you think her whole team is like that. But having been there at another time, that's not the case.

23/08/2026: They refused to serve us water even though we had ordered €30 worth of drinks. "It was on management orders," according to the waiter. As for the ethical and legal aspects of this, we'll pass... but definitely not in this bar.

30/08/2026: The staff is very rude. If you’re not European, they make you feel stupid for not understanding the menu.

30/08/2026: I absolutely hated the aperitif there. The service was slow and unfriendly, and the poor little peanuts that tasted like they were from the day before were awful. I won't be going back and I don't recommend the place.

19/06/2026: Exceptional food, good and plentiful. The owners, Mrs. Rosaria and her husband Mimmo, are a guarantee of good Neapolitans.

10/05/2026: The food was awful, absolutely nothing Italian about it; aside from the obviously local products, the recipes had nothing to do with Italy. We were staying at the hotel, otherwise we would never have entered the restaurant (in Lourdes, the food is French, not pseudo-Italian). Unfortunately, we ordered a pizza diavola, a carpet of flour with horrible-tasting salami cubes; then we ordered a veal cutlet, which was nothing but veal cutlet, the meat edible, but we certainly weren't expecting that shoe sole; we ordered bread with fromage de chevre: cold cheese and warm salad, all smothered in bread. We also ordered the vegetable puree, which at least was decently good. The service is beyond reproach; the waiter didn't even know what we'd ordered. It's fine not to speak Italian, of course, but we at least expected him to explain, in French, what was on the plate, which we couldn't make out from the menu. Prices were normal, but definitely not worthy of what we ate.

15/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this establishment. We went in for coffee, but after looking at the menu, we decided to have lunch. The staff is very welcoming, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the restaurant is very well located, slightly removed from the crowds near the sanctuary, allowing for a more peaceful experience.

05/04/2026: The picture of this glass is on the menu (freshly squeezed orange juice), and yet they serve you a Granini in an Ikea glass. I find that unacceptable.

13/08/2026: The boss is great and has been giving it his all for ten years, and his daughters are great too, and they're so professional! I'd give it another 10,000%, seriously! 💕💕 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

11/07/2026: The atmosphere isn't very clean, but the crepes are good and come in a variety of flavors. The staff is friendly. Nothing special.

30/08/2026: On Sunday, August 30, 2026, we went to the McDonald's in Lourdes for lunch while we were in transit on our way back from vacation. We were traveling with our two small dogs, who were in backpacks specifically designed for transporting animals. They were completely inside their bags and had absolutely no intention of leaving them. As soon as we entered to order at the self-service kiosks, an employee came to inform us that animals were not allowed inside. I explained to him that they were in their bags and would stay there. He then turned to his manager, who confirmed the rule, with an attitude we found particularly unpleasant. The result: we were sent to the terrace in the blazing sun, with seats and floor scorching hot during this summer season. And apparently, all the dog owners were treated the same. Before being so categorical with customers transporting two small dogs confined in their bags, perhaps it would be wise to address the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining room was frankly filthy, as the attached photo shows. And the toilets? The less said the better… We regularly frequent establishments, including high-end restaurants and hotels, where our dogs are welcome at the table without any problem. Here, even in their carriers, it's a no-go. The manager must have thought he was at Paul Bocuse's… except the state of the dining room was nowhere near that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Between the reception, the manager's attitude, the cleanliness, and the way customers with pets are relegated to the blazing sun, our experience was deplorable. Avoid this place. A complete waste of time.

29/08/2026: Warning: There's a recurring problem with their payment terminal, resulting in double payments. They keep the name on file just in case (supposedly), but it's not the first time. So, it's the customer who has to pay upfront for their incompetence.

11/08/2026: What a disappointment! Nothing like a brasserie. Nothing typical, just a dish that looked frozen and mass-produced.

11/08/2026: The food was excellent, and I could eat the lemon tart again and again, it was delicious.

16/08/2026: The service was good, but the price was a bit too high: 2 crepes and 2 coffees for €28. The prices on the menu didn't match the bill. €7 for a crepe, but the size of it made me laugh. It was a crepe for a 4-year-old.

10/08/2026: I always rather enjoy Cafe St. Honore when I am in Lourdes. I’ve found the service to be attentive, swift if need be to keep the Sanctuary’s liturgical and ceremonial schedule, and the food and beverages to be of quality. I will absolutely revisit when I return to Lourdes. 9/10.

17/08/2026: Breakfast Avoid the industrial pastries. I'm disappointed given its location near the sanctuary.

16/08/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. It's truly disrespectful! There was no one to seat us. My husband and I were disgusted by their service. We waited about 15 minutes, but no one came to take our order, even though it was only 9:30 am and there were hardly any customers! People who arrived after us were served well. Perhaps we're not human. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this disrespectful place!
