The kothu chicken curry and chicken fried rice was tasty and the portion sizes are very generous. We went there with a child and the owner very kindly offered him a free rose milk drink. The owner was very friendly and his hospitality moved us. Please do try for authentic Sri Lankan food

26/11/2024: Restaurant located 3 minutes walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. The staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered a mixed paella on the advice of the waiter: I was satisfied with it, although the rice was slightly undercooked. The service is fast and the menu offers a wide choice. I recommend!

16/08/2024: La localización está muy bien, una plaza amplia donde no te pasa la gente al lado de la mesa como en la mayoría de los bares/restaurantes de Lourdes, la cerveza bien, una de las 2 camareras ni te mira, la otra vino a atender con la terraza casi vacía a los 20 minutos de llegar. Es verdad que estamos de vacaciones, pero tenemos sed.

11/08/2024: Well located restaurant, pleasant atmosphere but the taste is not there. Very bland garnish with tough meat and above all tasteless. We were served burnt, inedible fries. And even the so-called artisanal ice creams had no flavor. There were really 4 of us and we were all disappointed... We regret Louisette.

27/07/2024: All those who write bad reviews are haters. The food is A1 and inexpensive. The owners are very nice and animal friendly. All of this makes eating here a 5 star experience.

05/07/2024: Hard to eat pizzas! Pizza lover, so not difficult, very disappointed by the 5 takeaway pizzas at the price of 65 euros!!! Burnt pizzas, no toppings on them, this "chef" as he describes himself on his website doesn't put any toppings, claims that his pizzas are artisanal and puts country ham in a tray from Leclerc or other... Rarely eaten such bad pizza! Even the children had trouble... Even the thin dough is bad... To avoid!

The other floors may be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and I had to leave on the first day because I was already starting to feel sick to my throat due to the smell of mold. When he saw that I only paid him for 1 night, he grabbed my arm tightly to hold me back! Terrible experience The first floor where I stayed has humidity issues and is unfinished. Additionally, the behavior of one of the staff members was rude and unprofessional. Other floors might be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and had to leave after the first night because I started feeling unwell with a sore throat from the moldy smell. She grabbed my arm tightly to stop me for leaving as she realized I was paying the night. Terrible experience.

25/11/2024: The owner of the place, who is alone in managing her hotel, does her best to satisfy her customers and inform them about masses and everything there is to visit. Her restaurant had to close during COVID, so she really needs you. Have a breakfast for 5 EUR and you will be happy. It's not great luxury, but the manager is very endearing and really does her best to satisfy us. Very beautiful place for a pilgrimage to Lourdes where we follow in the footsteps of Bernadette, very poor. Like her, we can live modestly but in fraternal communion for a few days. Let us know how to forget our comfort during a stay which is intended to be intended for prayer and the conversion of our hearts and our bodies.

05/04/2024: Disappointed with this hotel. It is true that the location is great! It is one minute from the sanctuary but access to the parking is difficult and costs €20 a day. But it's just that: good location. For a four-star hotel and the most expensive in Lourdes in April 2024, the buffet is horrible. No variety and very bad products. I've tried buffets in hostels that were a thousand times better. Here you either want bad ham or bad cheese, or you want super spicy sausages or cold bacon. There is nothing else! A super super crappy buffet!!!! To go to breakfast and then have breakfast in any cafeteria… The people at the reception are very nice, that's also true. We saw in the hallway that there were wheelchairs and cranes to lift and move people with reduced mobility, so I understand that they provide a good service in that regard.
