03/07/2024: I came to eat there this afternoon, there was the manager I think who was really unpleasant. It seemed like we were bothering him to call him to take the order, to place the order.
I don't find this restaurant welcoming, it's really an unpleasant atmosphere which takes away the pleasure of having a good time at lunchtime.

Order for a Saturday evening 7:00 p.m. on Uber Eats
A few minutes later, a call from the restaurant to warn me that my already paid order would be impossible because one of the pizzas ordered was no longer in stock!!! They also lack mushrooms, an essential ingredient in a good half dozen of their pizzas! I request cancellation and am told that it is impossible! INADMISSIBLE... Never again!

30/09/2024: The rooms are cramped and dark, there are lots of mosquitoes, the breakfast is not very diverse and the staff is not good at adding bread and cold meats.

25/07/2024: We really eat there when we have no choice: some of the staff at the checkout are recruited for nonchalance I imagine (special mention for the woman with the hoarse voice). The prices are getting worse and worse with no value for money - the size of the sandwiches is decreasing while the prices are increasing. Bread stocks are not even well maintained since at 1 p.m. on a Thursday “there is no more New York bread”. We therefore offer a hard bread, which is twice as small instead.
1€30 in change on a restaurant ticket: they give me 1€ back without explaining to me that this is a maximum. When I asked the question, the lady's response was haughty and nonchalant, and above all I had the impression that she took 30 cents for herself rather than telling me and seeing what I preferred (other product, 1€ only change, etc.) like other bakeries do.
Avoid if you have the choice!
15/03/2024: The quantity-price ratio is abominable.
A very small dish for more than 7€ without counting a drink and possibly a dessert...
For an adult I find that the portions are not sufficient.
Otherwise despite this, the service is pleasant and the dishes are quite good

16/06/2024: A FUIR ! Je viens de commencer un chantier à côté de ce restaurant avec mes 9 employés, et nous avons décidé d'essayer l'Hippopotame de Gennevilliers. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante.
Une serveuse nommée Isabelle, d'après son badge, nous a clairement négligés. Elle ne nous prêtait aucune attention et était très arrogante. Nous nous sommes sentis ignorés et mal accueillis.
En raison de ce traitement, nous avons décidé de changer de restaurant et de fréquenter Del Arte à la place. Chez eux, les valeurs humaines et le respect des clients sont mis en avant, ce qui est essentiel pour nous.
Nous aurions pu venir ici cinq fois par semaine, mais nous préférons désormais aller chez les concurrents qui savent comment traiter leurs clients avec fuir

Et particulièrement M.Claude qui a été très accueillant et chaleureux.
