22/03/2026: The steak tartare was very bland and uninteresting, and the Caesar salad had a dressing more like mayonnaise than Caesar dressing. Uninteresting. The service was only moderately friendly.

20/03/2026: Beautiful day, a bit busy but not too crowded. The servers walked past us five times without ever asking what we wanted (20 minutes). We had to get up to order. Two dishes, but one mistake. So we ate one at a time. My fries were cold, and the server didn't appreciate me telling him. In short: a disaster! What a shame, the place is great. I came back four years later... Beautiful day, gorgeous weather, we were the first to arrive around 12:15. The fridges were broken, only the dishes listed on the chalkboard were available. Okay, we made do, but if they'd told us with a smile, we would have understood. I went into the bar to ask about the beer selection: "Just look, it's written on it!" Hey, if you don't like your job, do something else! I ordered a rare burger, and of course, they served it overcooked! Unpleasant owner, friendly but incredibly inexperienced waiter, €10 for a pint of IPA... This time it's for sure, I'm never coming back!

01/11/2025: The owner is extremely unpleasant, haughty, and rushed; the prices are not at all clear and are not fixed, which can create unpleasant surprises on the bill compared to other caterers in Levallois who know how to welcome the customer better and who have much more affordable prices, for a better quality-price ratio.

11/02/2026: A customer for many years, the restaurant has decided to stop offering home delivery and now uses Deliveroo. Prices have increased by about 20%, so we'll pass on them. It's a shame, the food was decent.

23/01/2026: We had lunch at "Lotus Bleu" and were extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. We will definitely be back!

22/02/2026: Order a pint of beer, and you'll get a maximum of 40cl, because the owner has decided to rip off his customers. Yes, you read that right, the rip-off is deliberate. I confronted the waiter who tested it, and he admitted to me that the pint glass didn't hold 50cl, far from it, and that the matter would be reported to the owner. I went back a month later, and guess what? Nothing had changed. Yes, ripping off his customers for a little extra profit was this manager's choice. What a shame! When you own a neighborhood establishment like this, you have a duty to respect your customers and not steal from them like this! If you continue to go there, at least now you'll be fully aware of the situation. Shame on you, and know that you've been reported to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control), at least that might get you to take action. A tax audit and a fine on thousands of "pints" sold might be more convincing than professional and personal ethics, which is very sad.

21/03/2026: In terms of friendliness and customer service, it's a concept. At 11 a.m., we asked if we could sit down for a coffee in the sun. The curt reply: "No." Apparently, the sun is reserved for mealtimes… Too bad, we weren't planning on staying until dinner!

03/01/2026: The place is very clean, but the woman who works in the morning is racist. My colleagues and I went for coffee two days in a row, and her attitude towards us was harsh and her air very haughty. It's a shame that there are people like her in France; we just wanted service.

03/04/2026: The experience was initially positive, but unfortunately ended very badly. The meal was good, the service was adequate, and the atmosphere pleasant. No complaints so far. However, 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant, I realized that my Hermès scarf, which held great symbolic value for me, was missing. Certain that I hadn't returned it when I left, I immediately reported the problem by calling them, and that's when things became very confusing. The managers gave ambiguous explanations, initially saying they hadn't found anything and offering no further assistance. I returned in person that same evening, and this time they explained that they had witnessed the entire scene in detail: they claimed to have seen me drop it in the street in front of the restaurant, a man immediately pick it up, ask a woman if it belonged to her, and leave with it. All this detail makes me doubt the coherence of the story and the honesty of the situation. Furthermore, I don't understand why they didn't intervene and warn me if I witnessed the situation. The confusion and lack of humanity in handling this incident is frankly disappointing. It's a shame, because the experience could have been entirely positive. But this kind of poorly managed and unprofessional situation leaves a very bad impression. I therefore recommend remaining vigilant with your personal belongings.

16/02/2026: I bought six samboussek and two kibbeh there on Friday around 2:30 pm. At 6 pm, I started getting stomach pains and ended up spending the evening in the bathroom. I don't know if it was the freshness of the food or the frying oil, but it was definitely the cause of my condition.
