Quand on demande du ketchup car on a eu de la mayo, la jeune répond sur un ton agacé :" ah bah non ça c'est dans le supplément ! Il faut prendre le supplément si vous en voulez !" Et elle ne donne rien !
Hallucinant !
On n'est pas prêt d'y retourner !

Its been 10th time today that I ordered chipotle veg bowl on UberEATS and they have delivered me a chicken burrito. Although on the ticket of the delivery bag says veg burrito? I am never ever ordering from them anymore. They follow no hygiene, no restrictions !!! HOW COME IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, ALMOST ALL THE TIMEEEE. I HATE THIS SYSTEM.

So we are fans of Asian caterers and what a bad experience :/
Also good in terms of welcome (the lady was very unpleasant)
She cashed us before coming back to us (15 long minutes) with our mini bobun and our spring rolls and various appetizers
For the sauces: well, they cost more than 3 small...
In short, upon arriving and at the first mouthful, my spring roll opens and I have to finish it with a fork, saving the little sauce because I still have 3 names...
Well, at the neighbor's (closed today) they are nice and it's booonnnn!

You always have to ask to be served but as they are always overwhelmed, the service drags on and you spend a lot of time there.
Too bad because I frequented this establishment for several years.
At the end of the meal, no attention paid to the customer to see if they had a good time!

25/07/2024: My partner and I loved our meal here! The bo bun (vermicelli), loot cha (like udon noodle), and banh cuon (Vietnamese crepe) were all fantastic!!! The white wine was also quite tasty. We’re American, and unfortunately terrible at speaking French, but our server and the owner were very kind and patient with us. The owner (family name Dao) is so kind! The decor is also super cute. We highly recommend!

29/08/2024: I'm going to be very honest. This is a message from the new owners.
This is a strong but justified criticism.
Being in Paris, quality and price are expected for things. But on this occasion there was only price and quality was conspicuous by its absence.
I think they gave the order to save on ingredients, because the pizzas only came with sauce and a couple of ingredients depending on the specialty.
It doesn't justify the more than €10 that each pizza costs. You already know better and cheaper to buy a bread from the supermarket, put sauce and cheese on it and make an improvised pizza than to waste money on something that is made with the minimum to be able to call it pizza.
