03/04/2026: The experience was initially positive, but unfortunately ended very badly. The meal was good, the service was adequate, and the atmosphere pleasant. No complaints so far. However, 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant, I realized that my Hermès scarf, which held great symbolic value for me, was missing. Certain that I hadn't returned it when I left, I immediately reported the problem by calling them, and that's when things became very confusing. The managers gave ambiguous explanations, initially saying they hadn't found anything and offering no further assistance. I returned in person that same evening, and this time they explained that they had witnessed the entire scene in detail: they claimed to have seen me drop it in the street in front of the restaurant, a man immediately pick it up, ask a woman if it belonged to her, and leave with it. All this detail makes me doubt the coherence of the story and the honesty of the situation. Furthermore, I don't understand why they didn't intervene and warn me if I witnessed the situation. The confusion and lack of humanity in handling this incident is frankly disappointing. It's a shame, because the experience could have been entirely positive. But this kind of poorly managed and unprofessional situation leaves a very bad impression. I therefore recommend remaining vigilant with your personal belongings.

16/02/2026: I bought six samboussek and two kibbeh there on Friday around 2:30 pm. At 6 pm, I started getting stomach pains and ended up spending the evening in the bathroom. I don't know if it was the freshness of the food or the frying oil, but it was definitely the cause of my condition.

A dedicated team of at least three people handles the takeaway menus exclusively, ensuring remarkable organization and exemplary speed, even during peak hours. The sandwiches are generously filled and very tasty, the prepared dishes are of excellent quality, and the pastries are simply exceptional. Special mention goes to the Chiboust tart, a refined and delicious dessert that will stay with you long after the credits roll. A professional establishment where speed, freshness, and excellence come together. I highly recommend this place.

Madam, if you don't know how to do your job, leave it to someone else! I do not recommend this restaurant because of the appalling service from this person who doesn't know how to speak to the customers who bring her money!
