26/01/2026: As a huge couscous fan, I can assure you that the one at L'Étoile de Tiznit is by far my favorite! The service is impeccable, the restaurant is very cozy, and everything is delicious. I recommend it 100%!

26/01/2026: In short: a very disappointing experience. The menu descriptions don't list all the ingredients, so there were a few surprises when the food arrived. The velouté arrived barely lukewarm, with an added layer of rather bitter herb oil that ruined the flavor. The chuck roast was tasteless, tender but bland, and the vegetables were undercooked, far too crunchy. The fish, on the other hand, was excellent. I would have chosen a slightly less sweet variety of sweet potato to better balance the dish. As for the dessert, it was a disaster. The profiteroles were made from three mini cream puffs, with a base of pastry cream that was inevitably frozen solid, topped with a ridiculously small scoop of ice cream that had melted. In short, the dessert was sent back. The service was slow and disorganized, though friendly. The only real positive point was the wine selection. A huge disappointment, especially considering the bill.

30/10/2025: I just had two pizzas and some chicken wings, and they were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Five stars, no regrets. I highly recommend it.

23/02/2026: For a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, we found the service very disappointing. Despite the number of servers, we had to ask several times for a carafe of water and remind them twice that we had ordered wine. It was finally served after our food had arrived. The dishes themselves were good, although the portions were rather small. The setting is pleasant, but this doesn't compensate for the overall poor value for money and a level of service that doesn't live up to the standards of an establishment of this caliber.
