09/12/2025: You order at the counter, and a few minutes later everything arrives at your table: oysters and mussels, shrimp and tielles (a local seafood pie). All washed down with a lovely, chilled white wine. Enjoy it on the terrace overlooking the oyster beds. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

03/01/2026: While exploring Bouzigues, we stopped at Chez Alex et Lucie. We were immediately informed of the sole chef on duty that December 30th. We were absolutely not disappointed by the food: grilled sea bass, cuttlefish and octopus, seafood platter, and gratinated mussels. The service was very attentive throughout our wait. In short, well-deserved stars!

31/12/2025: I became ill after consuming contaminated oysters on December 30, 2025. What we didn't know was that there was a ban on selling oysters and all shellfish, but the restaurant disregarded this ban. The result: vomiting, diarrhea, and fever since yesterday...

08/12/2025: We had a great group meal in a friendly atmosphere; we opted for the €28 set menu, which was good value for money and quite generous.
05/12/2025: The menu caught our eye, and we weren't disappointed! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the decor, and especially the food.
The set menu, including a starter, main course, and dessert, was perfect.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
If you're ever in Mèze, don't hesitate to stop by.

A simply enjoyable and unpretentious experience.
20/10/2025: Authentic, no frills, extremely fresh products, a minimalist menu, octopus, razor clams, cuttlefish, mackerel, no desserts, we don't come for that. Very few tables, the owner is alone, serving and cooking, address to remember, not for tourists. Definitely book to hope for a table. Open Wednesday to Saturday

06/01/2026: If you want an authentic experience in a seafood restaurant, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, overlooking the pond used for mussel and oyster farming. The prices are fair, the quality is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Were willing to patiently explain the menu in English and graciously offered, without request, some cooked oysters when a member of our party decided she didn't like raw after trying for the first time. Definitely the fresh shellfish is the standout, but the grilled filet and salmon menu of the day were tastefully prepared as well. Desert on the set menu is usually a throw-in, but theirs was several steps above.
05/12/2025: Great spot by the pond. Set menu for €23: starter, main course, dessert, fresh and local produce. Highly recommended.

I cannot rate the quality of this restaurant given the lack of enthusiasm shown by both the owner and the waitress for welcoming customers.
The reception was completely devoid of empathy; we barely dared to ask for a carafe of water.
Even between customers, disillusioned winks spoke volumes.
After waiting over half an hour, and after the promised wait time,
we left this place where the desire to serve customers has clearly never been present.
Perhaps they should consider a different career?... The price paid corresponds to the drink served.
28/10/2025: Thank you for the wonderful time we had at your restaurant… a stop on our route is always a great find! With quality products served in a beautiful setting… And we can take advantage of the oysters to go to extend the pleasure at home! We recommend L’Oasis du Pêcheur without hesitation!

We didn't have the chance to try the hotel, but I can imagine the pleasure of breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pond, in such a peaceful setting...
