01/04/2024: 3* hotel??? Bad smell in the room (musty smell) Room not soundproofed at all We hear the neighbors, the opening of creaking doors Room service does not come every day. Breakfast served with pots just like nutella not very hygienic A birthday request was requested during the stay unfortunately no communication between the Hotel staff so we had to cancel. No towel dryer in the bathroom and it is not very clean. Very bad bedding. Never stay with them again, it's a shame for a 3* hotel

31/03/2024: Following the good reviews we decided to come and eat. We are by the sea so we order mussels but the shells were very large and inside the flesh was very small and a lot of empty a little disappointed, too bad. Quite narrow restaurant.

24/02/2024: It's always a pleasure for the taste buds to come to your home. Not only is the atmosphere great, but the food is a real treat. Many thanks to the chef and the service which is always so impeccable, professional and above all very friendly.

12/03/2024: Rude staff, poor service, my friend had a hot chocolate and there was more chocolate in the cup than in the cup, it's shameful. I don't advise you to go there unless you are really dehydrated.

05/02/2024: Very pleasant terrace facing the sea, we ate yesterday at lunchtime with my wife, loyal customers for several years, I would just like to suggest to the owners that it would be time to make an effort for common toilets, in order to make them more pleasant and hygienic for their customers, I think it would be good to bring it up to standard, thank you.

01/04/2024: We were recommended this table but what a disappointment!! 1 hour before receiving the first plate, and again we had a young child and despite repeated requests to at least have the dish from the children's menu, nothing! Next, let's talk about the dishes!! Sea plank (in photo): - ridiculous, overcooked knives, with sand in ALL knives - fried foods bathed in oil - empty molds (1/2) Sea salad: - prawns not cooked at all - shrimp smelling of product or rotten - canned tuna So, I point out that the boss offered us the seafood dish... but I agree to pay, if I have the corresponding quality! And then yelling at the chef in front of me is not the best thing to do, the problem may not only come from the ;-) In short, avoid it, unless there is a major challenge, but that won't happen any time soon!

02/04/2024: But what a disappointment!!! Customers for years, we were very disappointed to see the disappearance of the terrace with a view of the canal, the superb menu with a wide choice, top-notch table service, everything that made this ice cream parlor different from the others and of superior quality. Today it is a quick service, the fast food of ice cream like the majority of your competitors, and this to favor performance to the detriment of quality. You have become like your point of sale at Grau du Roi, without interest... What a shame, really, we won't come anymore, we'll go try the ice cream parlor next door. Edit: to follow up on your answer, of course yes, I came, I tried, and I was very disappointed like many former customers. Now your answer confirms what I thought, maximum yield and fast food ice cream company, and in case you haven't understood (which seems to me to be the case) my opinion does not does not concern the quality of your ice cream but only your new service concept...

31/03/2024: I have been a customer for over 35 years, only good ice creams and always I have a clear preference for sorbets It feels like you're eating the fruit. The pancakes and waffles are excellent and made to order. An Oscar for the Catalan special, 3boules, whipped cream galore The Catalan glacier is THE REFERENCE in Palavas Do not miss it Plus the teams are great

05/09/2023: I arrive in front of their house at 8:50 p.m. (they closed at 10 p.m.... the nice lady welcomes me with open arms I tell her my order then the "cook" says "we're closed!" with a very disrespectful tone, bordering on he was yelling at me... in the kitchen? It's a horror, it's being yelled at right and left, I was really embarrassed (on the verge of leaving, but hey I had a hungry family waiting for me..) otherwise apart from that very good kebab!

30/12/2023: The setting is pleasant. The oysters au gratin are barely warm, and the fries in the dish are cold. Damage.

22/12/2023: Fish and seafood restaurant. Refined cuisine and generous portions. Professional fish. Beautiful setting and interior design.

04/02/2024: Came on a Sunday having reserved for 6 covers with a 1 year old child. The waiter explains to us that he accidentally gave our table to 2 people and asks us to wait. We waited 35 minutes with a child who was starting to get impatient. The server on the other hand places other people without reservation but as there are not 6 of them they are placed We finally decided to leave on an empty stomach. A shame!!!! Remember to note the reserved tables, you incompetent people!!!! You deserve the rating you currently have anyway, even though it is already way too high!

01/01/2024: Came last night to eat, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so, there is only one person who works in the room and it is your tattooed and pierced waiter, and really congratulations to him, he deserves really 5 star, not like the boss who clears himself at the end of not being the boss… this gentleman has the right smile when he is behind the cash register. Restaurant owners cried during Covid, and treat their customers like this today? The couple next to our table sat alone at their table with menu and cutlery in hand. For the meal…. It's okay, we're not sick but it's really not worth the price, we expect something else when we pay almost the same price as the Pourcel Brothers. I pity the employees, really. Last thing, don't take the rosé from "their vintage" or really pour it into your salad as a vinaigrette, I even think that the brick village is better.
