22/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. We expected a higher quality of service given what was advertised and the price. The room was dirty and outdated, with mold in the shower and on the bathroom furniture. The mattress was old and sagging due to its age. There was very little hot water for a shower. There were no shutters, only curtains that weren't even blackout. The heating seemed to turn off during the day because it was cold in the room when I woke up in the morning (7 am). The service was definitely not up to the standard of a "4-star" hotel! The continental breakfast was very limited, with few savory options. The pastries were dry, and even the bread was of mediocre quality. The waiter cleared everything away at 9:55 a.m. and cleaned the coffee machines…you're subtly given to understand that he's going to close breakfast service. The bistro service in the evening was rushed; they brought you the starter with the aperitif, so you can imagine the pace of the other courses… Even though the waiter remained smiling, it wasn't a relaxing experience. You barely put down your fork before your plate was taken away…. In short, a stay that was far from restful and pleasant in this “hotel.”

21/03/2026: CATASTROPHIC Having a job that requires many nights in hotels, this is a first for me with a place like this. Supposedly a 4-star hotel, it really needs to rethink its standards. Worn bath towels, dirty bed linens, an unmade bed with a crumpled duvet in the closet, no soap, signs of dampness, a dirty refrigerator, a view of a garbage dump from the room—in short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist said they would pass the information on to management… I should have read the reviews before booking or trusted the star rating!
