10/09/2024: This McDonald's does not deserve more given their more than average speed of serving, the general cleanliness and the atmosphere that may have been there after a certain time of the evening. The staff is nice but the rest is not good.
09/09/2024: Order placed on uber eats; 2 errors (royal deluxe instead of fish deluxe and strawberry smoothie instead of Sunday chocolate)

Nothing is going well in this establishment which fully deserves its poor Google rating.

13/08/2024: Very good service, they attended to us in Spanish, air conditioning in the premises and very fast delivery of the order
04/08/2024: I ordered a pizza at 10 p.m. in the restaurant which normally closes only at 12 a.m. the arrival time was normally at 11 p.m. and my order did not arrive at all...
Fortunately I don't pay on the site

27/09/2024: We come several times but hey I had to leave a review...
Once again they forgot our order
The last time we wait 1 hour. This time 30 minutes, and there was only one other table of customers so don't blame too many people on me!
People arrived 25 minutes after we were served, I went to ask..
They sent me back my nuggets which have been cold for some time... no commercial gesture...
12/09/2024: Nice Caesar salad without chicken and with soft croutons. Yum. I will check my order before leaving, complete. I started my order and arrived at the salad.....see photo.

28/09/2024: I ordered a McDonald's menu, I didn't have my ice cream. My my burger was flat. I ordered nine Nuggets. I had four. My coke was spilled everywhere. There were things missing from my wrap. I ordered an Ice Tea I had a Coke I don't recommend the Alma McDonald's at all Worse McDonald's in Rennes!!!
24/09/2024: Obvious dirtiness of the place. The toilets are disgusting. Hygiene rules not respected.
Very friendly staff but it is clear that there are not enough of them to run the place, probably to save money... so it is the employees who pay.
With my husband, we saw the manager insult one of the employees in front of us and other customers, it was very shocking. It's shameful.
Place to report to the labor inspectorate!

07/05/2024: The place seems very nice, I say seems because we were refused by the bouncer. This one, slumped in his chair, calls out to us in an unpleasant manner, asking us “what are you doing here!? » to which we respond “to go to the bar”.
His response was brief: “It’s closed! »
We still notice that the bars are open and few people are filling them, so I understand why…
I therefore do not recommend this place despite its beauty which makes you want to have a drink there.
07/04/2024: I'm giving 2 stars because the place is magnificent but it's a nice evening to escape. We let you in depending on the mood of the security guard at the entrance. You will have to review your copy at the Saint-Michel Prison because we see promotional videos everywhere but the results are that it is very selective but not in relation to your clothing style but who is friends with whom very disappointed.

Le personnel est très accueillant, les plats très bons . Le tout pour un prix très raisonnables.

16/04/2024: Cadre agréable mais question Pizza rien de terrible. Pauvre en garnitures et pâte pas cuite on pouvait s attendre à mieux vis à vis des commentaires..
Perso je n’y retournerai pas.
