11/05/2026: We enjoyed this meal for our 34th wedding anniversary. An explosion of flavor in every dish, especially the prawn risotto. A wonderful culinary experience. We will be back.

15/05/2026: In my top 3 favorite cafes in Rennes, and not just third! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the savory food is fantastic, and the pastries are to die for. And the COFFEE! A superb roaster from Nantes, perfectly extracted, and very reasonable prices. It's no secret that Albertine has been there for so many years :) I've been going for 6 years and I've never been disappointed.

The prices are very reasonable, the menu is varied and includes vegetarian options, and ABOVE ALL, both the savory and sweet crêpes are delicious (the classic butter and sugar crêpe is made to perfection)! I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family when they're looking for a crêperie in Rennes; you can go there without hesitation. Bonus: the welcome is incredibly warm, and smiles are guaranteed!

23/04/2026: Passing through Rennes, looking for a typical restaurant... I recommend La Bigoudène. A very warm welcome, excellent galettes, delicious crêpes... And the presentation of the salad with the galette was very original. Best of luck!

17/04/2026: The food was very tasty, with a beautiful presentation (but the portions were quite small). The service was very efficient.

05/04/2026: Despite the professional and friendly service, the quality of the food was clearly disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The so-called "roasted" salmon was tasteless and bland, and the truffle croque monsieur was simply shameful, served on a plate piled high with salad. As an added bonus, the glasses of wine were more expensive than the same bottle would cost at a wine shop. I won't be returning.

21/02/2026: It used to be a reliable choice, but that's no longer the case. Be aware that the menu online is not the one offered in the restaurant. It's more expensive and the dishes are less elaborate. It's still good, but nothing special. The dishes are barely hot enough. The Parmentier tastes good with plenty of duck, but there's hardly enough mashed potato. The truffle mashed potato is also very good, but there's too much truffle, which overwhelms the flavor of the fish.

06/04/2026: Le Globe is a true gem in Brittany. The chef is exceptionally talented: creative, precise, and each dish is a genuine culinary experience. Everything is perfectly executed, from the flavors to the presentation, with a true identity and a great deal of emotion on the plate. It's a place I adore, and every visit is a unique experience. I absolutely recommend it! ✨

06/03/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rennes. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a friendly, dynamic team with a kind word. They know how to take care of their customers; there's no fuss, and the food is a delight from appetizer to dessert, including the daily special.
