11/12/2025: Dinner last night. A gem! Kudos to the whole team. The galettes and crêpes are excellent, the ingredients are top-quality (the scallops ❤️❤️❤️), and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A wonderful time. I'll be back as soon as I'm in Rennes!

17/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the waiter was attentive and professional. The upstairs dining area is lovely, with a large bay window overlooking the Vilaine River. The gourmet menu was beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients. The children's menu was excellent and plentiful, which delighted my boys. The amuse-bouches and petits fours were also very much appreciated. A big thank you!

02/04/2026: Good and varied galettes, attentive and very honest staff. I went with my partner who is celiac; we booked for buckwheat galettes, and when we arrived, the chef had checked his flour and informed us that it contained traces of gluten. His commitment and honesty with customers is much appreciated.

05/04/2026: Despite the professional and friendly service, the quality of the food was clearly disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The so-called "roasted" salmon was tasteless and bland, and the truffle croque monsieur was simply shameful, served on a plate piled high with salad. As an added bonus, the wines were more expensive than the same bottle would cost at a wine shop. I won't be returning.
29/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant by ordering the signature six-course menu with wine pairing. Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert; it was refined, original, and bursting with flavor. Furthermore, the atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. A restaurant worth discovering! This menu deserves a Michelin star.

Be aware that the menu online is not the one offered in the restaurant. It's more expensive and the dishes are less elaborate. It's still good, but nothing special. The dishes are barely hot enough. The Parmentier tastes good with plenty of duck, but there's hardly enough mashed potato. The truffle mashed potato is also very good, but there's too much truffle, which overwhelms the flavor of the fish.

We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert: the portions were just right—plenty of food that left us feeling satisfied without being stuffed or hungry. The homemade quality of the ingredients is evident. The sauces, confits, and other accompaniments were delicious. 👌 There were seven of us, and everyone agreed.

The chef is exceptionally talented: creative, precise, and each dish is a genuine culinary experience.
Everything is perfectly executed, from the flavors to the presentation, with a true identity and a great deal of emotion on the plate.

06/03/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rennes. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a friendly, dynamic team with a kind word. They know how to take care of their customers; there's no fuss, and the food is a delight from appetizer to dessert, including the daily special. I had the seared calf's head and their famous mashed potatoes. Thank you, see you soon!
