09/08/2026: Went there on a recommendation, left frustrated.
I struggle to understand the reviews calling it the best restaurant in the Alpes-Maritimes (06)... Honestly, maybe we just caught them on a bad night, but neither the place nor the food was good. A roadside restaurant, not very well located, and the dishes had absolutely no flavor, or even tasteless. The korma and chicken tikka masala were very bland, lacking any spices.
09/08/2026: An incredible disappointment... A 30-minute drive to try this supposedly well-rated Indian restaurant... The tikka masala rice boxes you find in the refrigerated section of Intermarché are 100 times better than this, that's how disastrous it is... Totally tasteless, no flavor whatsoever, everything is bland, the chicken is greasy and has no taste, you wonder where the spices are... I was worried it would be too spicy, but I can't believe it... Avoid at all costs!!

Le New Raja
Valbonne
