21/01/2025: Order placed for delivery this evening. We had a delivery delay last time and therefore a very nice commercial gesture for our order this evening. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and caring. And of course always very good. I recommend 100%. Thank you very much The Taj.

17/09/2024: Best Indian place in Nice. I always get Tandoori Prawn, Daal and Garlic Naan. Great service with super nice owner. It gets busy at dinner so you should book a table.

18/09/2024: Waiters got agressieve Dont go here. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. I got in at 19:45, and paid the bill at 22:00. Waiters didn't offer anything, neighter did they tell me that it took longer. When I tried to talk to the waiter about it, (I said: I would've appreciated it if you told me that it would take longer, or if you offered me another drink) he got super defensive and told me I was blackmailing him? They didn't offer a discount. Forced me to pay for the full menu even though I told them I didn't want dessert anymore. It became a whole scene, they didn't react well. On my way out I bumped my wine glass, he then took me by my pink shirt and pulled me over. He started pulling me and screaming. For my own safety I made a video, here's a total anonymous screenshot of the situation. Don't. Eat. Here. Very female unfriendly.

01/09/2024: The food in the restaurant is very good, we leave with a full stomach! strong point for the service of the very attentive young waiter we lacked nothing. And very good value for money. We recommend this Indian restaurant in the port of Nice! it's a 10/10

22/11/2024: Very attentive service and quality cuisine. The only downside is that the room has no soul and doesn't look at all like what you'd expect from an Indian restaurant.

15/11/2024: At first, the welcome was not very warm and the staff laughed, which created unease between us. Although the food was very good, the value for money was disappointing for a first experience at this restaurant. The €16 lamb dish was very small, with only four small pieces of meat, even smaller than my morning bowl of cereal. Fortunately, we had rice as a side dish, but we had to pay extra for it. I found it very expensive for the small quantity we had. I do not recommend it and will not return. It's a shame for you because the dishes were nevertheless very good.

26/12/2024: I ordered the vegetable bhuna as the plat de jour. It was a tasteless watery mix of frozen vegetables. Oh dear. You will not see me again

27/09/2024: This is the worse Indian food I have ever ate at, zero flavor rice was not cooked properly lab Beriaani zero spices bland I asked the waiter he said this is how we make it. I don’t recommend this place and don’t waste your money here. Very very bland and zero flavor and disgusting

30/08/2024: Amazing and Highly recommend. This was truly some of the best Indian food I had the pleasure of enjoying during my travels across Europe. The dishes were freshly prepared, with curries that were hot and bursting with authentic flavors. It’s easy to spot when food tastes artificial, overly oily, or premade, but that wasn’t the case here. We even returned during our stay because the food offered a sense of ultimate tranquility.

14/09/2024: Great authentic restaurant. Stumbled upon it randomly with my friends whilst in Antibes. Food and service were both amazing! Staff spoke good English and was very friendly. Loved the flavours of the prawn curry, saag paneer, chicken curry and mango lassi. Definitely suggest visiting if you’re in Antibes, will definitely be coming back!!

15/08/2024: Not necessarily located on a busy street, this little restaurant was one of our great discoveries. The food is very good and the service from the employee, a little awkward, but very attentive! Our 2nd attempt to pass was less encouraging. The owner refused to receive us (even on the terrace) because of our dogs... even though at 8:30 p.m. not a single table was occupied and he had welcomed us 2 days earlier, with our dogs, on the terrace, in the same conditions (i.e. empty restaurant and terrace) He has every right to refuse dogs, that I understand and accept perfectly 👍🏻 But one day accept them and 2 days later refuse them… 🫡??? (even though they didn’t move during our first visit and not a single table was occupied) Ultimately, for us, it was a blessing in disguise, because we ended up a few streets further in a Thai restaurant, DELICIOUS, full atmosphere and with a warm welcome for our 2 dogs 🐕🐾 Conclusion, if you don't have dogs and are just looking for a (very) quiet place where you eat well, go there with your eyes closed. Otherwise, move on... Here I add a clarification to the response received by the owner: As mentioned above, we were on the TERRACE and they 🐾🐾 didn't move, so apart from maybe a few drops of water after drinking... So if indeed the owner found the place “dirty”, it is because it was so before our visit…

23/12/2024: Really disappointed. I am a fan of Indian cuisine, this one has no taste, poor rice, cheese naan without cheese, meat a little tough. So expensive for what it is! I won't go back there although the server is pleasant.
