24/10/2026: Hearty and delicious dishes. We loved the Vegetable Korma and the Butter Chicken, as well as the cheese naan. P.S.: I recommend asking for "mild" if you don't want your mouth to be on fire.

27/08/2026: The owners are so friendly, the portions are very generous, and the Mango lassi is a real treat; apparently, the yogurt is homemade.

22/09/2026: Four of us decided after walking through Nice's Vielle Ville to switch our dinner reservations to Mother India, and sacre bleu, are we glad we did! The atmosphere is very cozy (it's a relatively small restaurant) and very nicely decorated. Don't let the entrance put you off. The waitstaff was welcoming and very friendly, offering suggestions and answering any questions. The starters were all excellent, the garlic naans perfect. Our four different mains were all extremely well done - we shared. For the price, we ate extremely well! Even though reservations might not be necessary around 7 or 7:30, you might make one anyway, just in case, as it can fill up quickly. We really appreciated having a reservation as a backup - not every place does that. Thanks Mother India for a wonderful night in Nice!

08/09/2026: As a resident of Old Nice, this has been one of our go-to spots since 1997! The welcome, the quality, and everything else are top-notch. Christian

13/10/2026: Beautiful food and friendly staff. Service very prompt but no rush to leave

12/10/2026: Great indian restaurant in old town, well decorated and fancy lighting and atmosphere, very good food and large portions, excellent service, interestingly they also serve masala Dosa which google doesn't pick up as dosa serving restaurant. Definitely recommend eating here.

21/10/2026: Everything was incredible! The place has a truly unique atmosphere, all the restaurant staff are super friendly, and everything we ate was delicious! Absolutely nothing to complain about, I recommend it 100%! 😍

26/09/2026: please try food here guys..really nice food..curry so nice taste also.

11/10/2026: The best Indian restaurant of my life!!

10/10/2026: Avoid at all costs! A very unpleasant experience with immense pressure to clear the table. The waiter kept bothering us to clear our half-full drinks and offered to take our food to go—it was absurd. I don't know if they mishandled the reservations, but we had a terrible evening despite being a party of four and having a hefty bill. Completely unprofessional.

20/10/2026: Very good vegan option, Indian tapas they called it. Staff could not have been better. Thanks for a great meal even though there was literally a riot going on up the road.

17/10/2026: Brilliant! So many good vegan options!!! A must if you are in Nice
