31/08/2026: ★★★★★ We were a family of four, including a kid. One of the best things that happened to us in Nice! We enjoyed Tandoori Flame so much that we came back for dinner twice during our stay in Nice. It is genuinely some of the best Indian food I have had in a very long time. We tried a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and everything was spot on. The meat was beautifully cooked and tender, while the vegetarian dishes were prepared with fresh vegetables rather than frozen ones, which really came through in the taste and texture. What particularly impressed us was how fresh and healthy the food felt. Unlike some Indian restaurants where dishes can be heavy or overly oily, there was no excess oil here. The flavours came from the quality of the ingredients, spices and cooking rather than unnecessary richness. The quality, freshness and taste of the food were exceptional. You can tell that genuine care goes into the ingredients and preparation. The flavours were authentic, well-balanced and full of character. The service deserves just as much praise. The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely helpful, and made us feel very welcome on both visits. 10/10 for both food and service. If you are in Nice and enjoy Indian food, I would highly recommend Tandoori Flame. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily return whenever we are back in Nice.

22/09/2026: Four of us decided after walking through Nice's Vielle Ville to switch our dinner reservations to Mother India, and sacre bleu, are we glad we did! The atmosphere is very cozy (it's a relatively small restaurant) and very nicely decorated. Don't let the entrance put you off. The waitstaff was welcoming and very friendly, offering suggestions and answering any questions. The starters were all excellent, the garlic naans perfect. Our four different mains were all extremely well done - we shared. For the price, we ate extremely well! Even though reservations might not be necessary around 7 or 7:30, you might make one anyway, just in case, as it can fill up quickly. We really appreciated having a reservation as a backup - not every place does that. Thanks Mother India for a wonderful night in Nice!

10/09/2026: Excellent Indian restaurant in Nice, a culinary journey full of flavor, taste, and gastronomy. A very warm welcome from the owner and his wife, who are remarkably kind and professional. He takes the time to advise on the dishes and ensures throughout the meal that everything is perfect, down to the smallest detail. Each dish is prepared with care, the flavors are authentic, the spices very aromatic, and the ingredients are of such high quality that we loved their food so much we returned tomorrow evening for another wonderful culinary experience. Everything is excellent: the chicken, the meat and shrimp in sauce, the rice with cumin and saffron, the naans with cheese and garlic. The appetizers are also excellent, and the homemade sauces add real value. The desserts you absolutely must try are the semolina cake, chocolate fondant, and cheesecake... The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and pleasant; you immediately feel at ease. You can tell that the whole team puts their heart into their work, and this is reflected in both the service and the food. It's undoubtedly one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of discovering, and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Dr. B-T, for the recommendation.

It's the only Indian restaurant we go to, and I always come with the same group of friends because we're all huge fans of India and Indian films. I also love the restaurant's atmosphere, especially the music: there's always great Indian music playing, which immerses us even more in the world we love. The service is truly top-notch. The waiters are always incredibly attentive, and we're even regularly offered a complimentary drink, which is a real treat. And let's talk about the food: everything is delicious, and the portions are generous. We always leave with full stomachs! Special mention goes to the cheese naan, which is excellent. And for those with a bigger appetite, you can even have seconds of rice, which is a real bonus. A solid 10/10! And another important point for us: the restaurant is halal. An address I wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of Indian cuisine and culture! 🇮🇳♥️
