06/05/2024: Catches tourists. Very small portions. For example, the onion soup did not reach 1 cm high in the pot. Trap. In the attached photo you can see what I'm saying.
01/05/2024: Right next to the royal Château Amboise, make a stopover at La Terasse to enjoy a warm place and good cuisine. The service was perfect and the dishes were delicious. We will come back to it!

30/03/2024: We entered this restaurant by chance, we were the first, we did not dare to take the raclette and chose the steak of beef with blue sauce and pepper sauce, very good, and we regretted not having taken the raclette when we saw around us those who ate it!!!!! We will return there for a few months during a next stay in Tours to discover other castles.
In short, don't hesitate to open the door of "the greedy mouse" Rue Colbert 😉👍😋

04/04/2024: It is a bakery which offers a large selection of pastries at slightly high prices and a few varieties of bread.
Very busy place and catering possible on site and during peak hours you have to be patient and not be in a hurry
04/04/2024: Occasional customer of Joué les Tours because I don't like bread. Mostly pastries when I have guests. At the beginning of April, I am shocked by the increase in certain small cakes like small fruit tartlets, 7cm in diameter, costing €5 each. Profit and scam have no limit. From now on I will move on, preferring brands with more modest prices.

30/12/2023: Bold, surprising and delicious cuisine. We returned a dish because it was very very salty, it came back a little too salty, too bad it was scrambled eggs. We were not offered coffee or hot drinks!. Chairs are extremely uncomfortable over 30 years old!!! What a shame for such a refined place and such a precious chef.
29/12/2023: Creative dishes using simple seasonal products, with a desire to please us, and a fair balance of flavors serving the basic product.
The service is impeccable, the plates and cutlery are superb, carefully selected, the atmosphere is peaceful, a pure moment of happiness for all the senses, well done!

14/05/2024: We came for lunch on a Sunday and had a lovely time. Little touches present which are becoming more and more rare and very good dishes.
11/05/2024: A nice restaurant room with fireplace in a “cave” (troglodyte space). The region's products are well cooked (rillons, rillettes, holy maure). A small downside on the cuisine that I found a little too greasy which makes us arrive at dessert with too full bellies and limits the refinement of the dishes.
The service is efficient and pleasant.

27/04/2024: Very good restaurant, a little wait on arrival (30 min to get the menu).
Nice menu because it is very varied with lots of choice for everyone (even vegan). The decoration of the restaurant is magnificent, we get along very well, not too much noise from other tables.
I recommend this restaurant.

02/05/2024: You changed the Caesar salad recipe and it's really a flop. A year ago I really liked this large salad as an addition to a menu but now it's really poorly done. The breaded chicken is bad, the croutons are soft, the salad leaves average. Really very disappointed to see this change, probably to save money but it's a bad calculation because you lose customers.

14/02/2024: Small, cozy restaurant and not noisy, which is pleasant. The dishes offered on the menu are very appetizing. Unfortunately once the plate is served, it is very nicely presented, but in terms of taste and flavor... there is a problem. Much too expensive for my taste. Prices worthy of a bistro, but clearly, the dishes are well below all that. So review your prices, clearly!
But! very friendly and attentive staff.
