21/02/2026: A superb evening spent at Le Trappeur. The staff are truly warm and attentive. The dishes are generous and beautifully presented. The complimentary génépi was much appreciated.

22/02/2026: It's a shame there aren't more stars! Léo prioritizes service and his customers over the phone. He and Martin make a great team in the dining room. We were pampered and given excellent advice, all with a smile and a touch of humor. And above all, we had a magnificent meal. Thank you to the "girls' team" for this excellent meal and beautiful preparation.

We came in at opening, they had place available, but one hour in, the place was packed.
Had the Hot Box of Cheese, with potatoes and cold cuts ... amazing!
Also tried the choucroute, very big portion, a lot of different meats, and potatoes.
The staff: very friendly and helpfull.
If you're in town and looking for food: do stop here!

15/02/2026: I also share the recent comments about the cooking. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture, but two-thirds of the pizzas were burnt underneath, which is truly regrettable and, above all, unhealthy! When I ordered a Rostello (truffle), which looked delicious, I found it was completely blackened underneath, making it inedible. It's a real waste. I urge you to make an effort in this regard for the sake of other customers.

08/12/2025: Non-stop service (lunch at 3:00 PM!!), incredibly friendly service, delicious and generous galettes, Norman and Havanese crêpes… fantastic. The crêpe maker prepares everything right in front of you and is always so friendly!!
Go for it!
22/11/2025: We came to this restaurant intending to eat inside, but we were refused a table without a satisfactory explanation, even though seats appeared to be available. This situation made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Whatever the reasons, we would have appreciated more transparency and better service.

22/02/2026: Excellent hotel; the staff are helpful, friendly, and competent.
The hotel's location is also fantastic: you step right outside a ski lift!
The restaurant is very good, with plentiful and expertly prepared food.
The ski rental shop is very attentive and takes the time to listen to your needs and provide the right equipment.
Overall, definitely our best ski vacation ever!
22/02/2026: The hotel was very nice and high-quality for an all-inclusive resort. It's almost like Club Med for less! I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: The restaurant was listed as open on Google. The recorded message also indicated that the restaurant was open, but reservations were not accepted. When we arrived at the restaurant, after a half-hour walk, we found it closed! Not cool!
14/08/2025: Our pleasure stop, winter and summer, for the setting, in the middle of the mountains, the tranquility, the kindness and the friendliness of the owners and the waiters to have a drink, eat a crepe (with blueberry it's to die for) but also to eat there! It's fresh, it's good, well served and good value for money. We love it!

03/02/2026: Amazing hotel, run by lovely people! Delicious continental breakfast every day, and helpful staff + clean rooms. Also nice jacuzzi and sauna, and next to the main lifts! I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Deux Alpes, and thank you to the fantastic owners
30/01/2026: We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. Four adults and a 4-year-old son. We booked two rooms.
The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel is older, but clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly. The dogs are very sweet and kind 🐶♥️.
The location is perfect. Three minutes' walk to the ski lift, surrounded by bars and restaurants.
The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's sufficient and delicious. Again, keep the price in mind.
We will definitely be back. Thank you 🤗

28/01/2026: Bouncer was using inappropriate force and punched up 6 young lads completely unnecessarily. They didn’t want a fight and he threw punches repeatedly bloodying their noses. Disgusting behaviour. Even the bar staff were trying to get him to stop but he wouldn’t, won’t be coming back, it’s not safe

20/08/2024: Nous avons passé de très bons moments deux soirs de suite. Le premier soir pour un cocktail et le second, nous avons également diné.
Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs sur le service, l’accueil est très sympa, l’ambiance musicale est bonne, les prix sont corrects et les plats de bonne facture.
Un mention spéciale pour les cocktails particulièrement réussis et savoureux, et au talentueux « mixologue »
