04/04/2026: The atmosphere is dirty, and they're arrogant and slimy. It's unfortunate to hear them mock ALL their customers behind their backs, including the poor Italian regulars. A miserable attitude.
01/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place during the Lemon Festival. The waitresses and the owner asked us to leave the terrace while we were ordering and waiting in line because no waitress was taking our order on the terrace (after a 20-minute wait)! A complete lack of courtesy! Total disorganization!

11/07/2026: The ice cream was good but melting, the place was dirty, and it was expensive.
07/07/2026: During the heatwave, I came to get ice cream with my 3-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The welcome was cold from beginning to end. The waitresses were neither smiling nor warm, and we felt like we were bothering them.
The most shocking thing was that once we were seated on the terrace, I was told there was a €4.50 surcharge for eating in. This information had not been given to us at all when we ordered. So I found myself waiting in the sweltering heat with my little boy while they came to tell me about this unexpected extra charge, which is far from professional.
The surcharge itself isn't the problem: it's the lack of transparency and especially the way they treat customers. A little smile, some kindness, and clear information from the start would have completely changed our experience.
I won't be back, and I don't recommend this establishment. If I could give zero stars, I would have given them a thumbs up.

08/02/2026: Terrible 👎 The €21 octopus salad was just canned beans and arugula. Three measly pieces of octopus. And it wasn't even seasoned. Most of the servers didn't speak French or English. My other friends thought it was expensive for what was on their plates. The portions were ridiculous.
This used to be an excellent family restaurant. They kept the same name after the change of ownership. They didn't even bother to change the location and turn it into a tourist trap: SHAME ON YOU. 🤌🏻
We didn't stay for dessert.
14/12/2025: If you’re looking for a restaurant right in the heart of Nice’s old town, this is a great choice. It has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and a varied menu with plenty of cuisines to suit different tastes.
I chose the lamb chops, which were absolutely divine and cooked perfectly. Prices for meals are very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality.
One thing to note: if you’re dining in the evening, it’s worth bringing a jacket. The narrow streets can get chilly, and while there are gas heaters, an extra layer will make the experience far more comfortable.

30/07/2026: Don't pay attention to the negative reviews and go eat at Pasta Basta. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. And what can I say about the food? There were six of us, and we ordered different meals, and everything was excellent. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely go back.

24/07/2026: Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late and was misled by the restaurant's attractive appearance. The service was friendly, but the food was nowhere near restaurant quality. I ended up with a stomachache. It's okay for an expensive beer, but otherwise, steer clear... and the toilets were filthy.
23/07/2026: Terrible service. The dishes were very dirty. The glasses looked like they'd been taken from other people without being washed and then brought to us. There were lip prints on the glasses. The pizza was dry and tasteless, like something straight from the freezer.
The owner is extremely rude.
I don't recommend anyone go there because for a lot of money, you'll get a bad meal and be treated rudely.

27/07/2026: Ordered two pizzas tonight: disappointed by the poor quality of the merguez sausage and the lack of hot sauce. Furthermore, the prices listed on the website were completely different from the price charged upon delivery: "Oh yes, those are the old prices," was their response to our surprise. It's a shame, and for all these reasons, we won't be ordering again.
10/06/2026: Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had problems with our orders. Today, we ordered three burgers, one of which arrived… without a patty. Yes, a burger without meat.
Mistakes happen, but when they're repeated regularly, it becomes annoying. It's really frustrating to have to check every order, wondering what's going to be missing this time.
I hope they'll pay a little more attention to order preparation in the future.

09/08/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant deliberately charged us twice - explaining that they have poor cell phone reception outside.
08/08/2026: Disappointed with this restaurant... the carbonara pasta was creamy with supermarket-tasting bacon. You have to ask for a carafe of water at least three times before being served. My paella could have been better if the chicken hadn't had an aftertaste... as a result, my partner and I both had stomach aches from the small amount we ate.

This is the second time I've ordered from Mister Pizza. The first time I was disappointed; the "thick crust" option wasn't actually thick. Tonight I'm giving them a second chance, but unfortunately, I've never seen a pizza so small, so thin, hard, and pale. The price is outrageous. I only admire the speed of delivery and the friendliness of the driver; the rest is best avoided.

30/07/2026: By the roadside, you can't hear yourself speak. The food is being reheated in a microwave right in front of you, the floor is sticky, the food is definitely leftover and defrosted. It's disgusting, both in terms of food and hygiene. The woman is scrubbing the plates with her bare hands without washing them, and the cutlery is dirty. Avoid this place at all costs, and quickly.
26/07/2026: They charged outrageous prices for food that was at least a day old. It was disgusting! And I'm not usually a picky eater.
