13/10/2024: I was seated in a table near the entrance, with cold air on my back each time the door opened, and no way to change (the place was full, nothing to say). No table menu was available: the dishes were just written on the walls, forcing me to roam around the hall disturbing the other people. Cool and choreographic, but unpractical. Poor service: the waiter hurried me to order, while i was still trying to choose, in a mixed anglo-french difficult to understand, due also to the noise inside. Food: not bad, but nothing special. I don't say "i'll never return", but first i'll search for better places.

08/09/2024: For the second time in a few months, I had the pleasure of dining at La Cave. It was a truly enchanting experience both times. Rarely do you come across such quality. Pascal's warmth with his knowledge of wines and suggestions testify to a great and rich vision. The unprecedented, passionate cooking quality of la Cheffe Alison takes you completely to the exclusive level of this wonderful, extremely atmospheric restaurant. My sincere compliments.

21/08/2024: Very nice discovery in the small village of Saorge. We had local salads, a Caesar salad and a baked camembert served with fries and salad. The plates are generous and the products are fresh. Very good meal.

20/08/2024: Nouvelle équipe très sympathique, qui n'hésite pas à ajouter des tables dans la ruelle pour satisfaire notre envie d'être en extérieur. Nous avons choisi une assiette du terroir, avec un assortiments de tourtes de Saorge, de viande séchée, de fromages et de charcuterie. Des produits locaux et de qualité, sans excès de sel comme trop souvent ailleurs, et accompagné d'un rosé frais à point. Un prélude parfait à une soirée musicale au Monastère, dans ce village aux charmes tout à fait à part.

13/08/2024: Una pausa pranzo in Italia nel centro di Nizza. Piadina ottima, staff disponibile e simpatico.. sopratutto il signore con là barba scura che accoglie tutti i clienti!

24/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante attratti dai piatti italiani e ci aspettavamo cucina italiana di livello ma così non è stato.. Cotoletta buona e saltimbocca alla romana abbastanza buoni, un po’ troppo marsala…. come contorno servono della pasta, mezze penne e tagliatelle, pasta troppo cotta e annega nel burro. La tarte tatin aveva un gusto di bruciato. Non pessimo ma si può fare di meglio.

21/08/2024: Nous avons souhaité découvrir le bar de l'hôtel le nouveau Victoria Secret bar. Quelle déception ! Un véritable attrape touristes ! Les belles photos de la terrasse avec la piscine ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. La terrasse n'est accessible qu'aux clients qui veulent dîner. Pour boire un verre les clients se retrouvent coincés derrière les cheminées..., pas d'air, une chaleur étouffante.Et si vous souhaitez dîner les plats à la carte sont également des attrapes touristes : 29€ la tomate/mozzarella. Et accueil ... Froid et long. Heureusement que les cocktails n'étaient pas mauvais à 18€...Passez votre chemin. Il y a d'autres toit terrasse d'hôtel haut de gamme bien plus qualitatif.

16/08/2024: endroit parfait pour boire un cocktail 🍸, un cadre magnifique qui domine tout Nice , avec une belle piscine, et une déco en collaboration avec VS tres réussite ! Les prix sont élevées mais ça vaut le coup !

07/09/2024: Pas de rosé disponible , seulement le minuty ( plus cher ) , les 2 suggestions de plats pas disponible , le digestif pas disponible !!! Plat basse qualité .. le tartare de la simple viande hachée , les gnocchis sont des pennes !!! Service très long !!!! A fuirrrrr !!!! Bon café offert du coup!!!

21/09/2024: Delicious sun vegetable pie and salad and apple dessert. €51 ticket for two with two glasses of wine, very reasonable for the quality!

18/08/2024: We ordered the Italian pizza, the flavors were there but the dough was not good at all. This looked like a dough you buy in a supermarket. Very unfortunate because it is the basis of a good pizza!

13/08/2024: POOR. Order placed at 8 p.m. After 1 hour of waiting we took the liberty of calling to find out what was going on. Hesitant response (in other words they had skipped us). Then finally we are told “don’t worry the pizza maker is making them”. 40 minutes later still nothing. We are forced to call back... hardly friendly and without the slightest apology or explanation regarding the delays we are told that the delivery man is on his way. 15 minutes later (for a journey of 5 minutes) the pizzas arrive cold. One drink forgotten and another replaced (without asking us). No gesture, nothing at all. Go your way.
