17/09/2026: I ordered a pizza to go and asked for a small sweet dessert. This was my first time ordering from you. I received a pizza with more dough than toppings. The supposedly crispy crust was like cardboard, and for the dessert, I was told it would be a small Nutella roll, but I received a large roll of dough with a thin layer of Nutella. Thanks, I've had my fill of dough for the evening. The delivery driver told me, "If you want me to come up, I have to find a parking space. I'm in my car; my boss doesn't pay parking tickets." I don't see how that's any of my business; I'm a customer. And once I got to the door, he laughed at me because the dessert wasn't what I expected. So, first and last time. And then you talk about quality.

19/08/2026: A wonderful discovery made by chance on a late return! The pizzas are truly excellent, generously topped, reasonably priced, and they offer some original and successful options (like the zucchini and pesto pizza of the day). Plus, the service is always warm and welcoming. A really great find!

11/08/2026: My friends and I were at a restaurant. We booked through the booking platform with a 50% discount. Once there, we were told the discount was only 30%, and that if we weren't happy, we could leave. The problem between the restaurant and the booking platform isn't the customers' fault; why should the customers be responsible for resolving the issue between the restaurant and the website? It's absolutely not the customer's responsibility. And there's no compensation for the poor service. It wasn't very customer-friendly, plus the restaurant was empty, and with that kind of behavior, I'm not surprised. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend going there.

28/08/2026: An experience that has definitively shattered my trust I am posting this review in response to the message I received on August 26, 2026, asking me to remove my previous reviews. Let me be perfectly clear: I will not remove them. These reviews recount experiences I have personally had over several years. First experience — Very bad experience I went to this food truck intending to buy a pizza and simply have a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the experience was quite different. While I was physically standing in front of the truck to pick up my pizza, I was charged a delivery fee. I simply asked him why he was charging me for delivery when I was right there in front of him. I received no explanation, and he refused to remove the fee. So, I was forced to pay for my pizza along with the delivery fee. I found this situation particularly incomprehensible and disappointing, as was the reception I received. I am simply recounting my personal experience. For my part, I absolutely do not recommend this pizza truck and I will not be returning. Second Experience — No Sense of Service Second experience and, unfortunately, the same conclusion. Having injured my hand and being unable to cut the pizzas myself, I simply asked for them to be cut before being given them to me. This very simple request was refused, with the only response being that I must surely have something to cut them with at home. Beyond the refusal itself, it was the way this request was received that deeply disappointed me. When you pay for a service, you have the right to expect a minimum of attentiveness, courtesy, and consideration. This second experience has definitively damaged my opinion of this establishment. I do not recommend this food truck and I now prefer to order elsewhere. 3rd experience — A very disappointing service Third experience, and once again, a huge disappointment. I ordered three pizzas for guests and asked for them to be sliced, as I couldn't cut them myself. This request was ignored. Furthermore, the order arrived significantly late, and one of the pizzas was completely burnt. Despite these problems, I paid for the entire order, and no compensation was offered. I was also charged a €3 delivery fee, which works out to €1 per pizza. Each of these problems, taken separately, would have been regrettable. Combined in a single order, they create a particularly disappointing impression of service. After three unsatisfactory experiences, I feel I've tried enough. I will no longer order from this food truck and, based on my personal experiences, I do not recommend it. Fourth Experience — One Experience Too Many After several disappointing experiences, I decided to give this pizza truck one last chance. I had clearly requested that the pizzas be cut and that I add chili peppers. The order arrived late, without chili peppers, and once again, the pizzas weren't cut. So I called to report these problems. The conversation was particularly unpleasant: I didn't appreciate the tone used or the way my complaint was received, and no satisfactory solution was offered. After four experiences that, from my point of view, proved unsatisfactory, I prefer to be very clear: I absolutely do not recommend this pizza truck. Since then, I've discovered other establishments in Nice where I found much better pizzas, but above all, a welcome, attentiveness, and respect for the customer that are more in line with what I expect from a business. I simply regret not having changed restaurants sooner. Today, I have no regrets about having definitively turned the page.

11/10/2026: Tonight, I wanted to treat my children by ordering pizzas. It was 7:21 PM when I ordered four pizzas. I asked about the delivery time so it wouldn't be too late. I was told 45 minutes, which was fine, except we had to wait until 9:14 PM for our pizzas. I followed up at 8:36 PM, and the very friendly young woman apologized, saying they had a lot of orders, which I understand, and we were next in line. Then, another follow-up at 8:52 PM. This was really pushing it. I asked if the pizzas were cooked; otherwise, I was going to cancel the order, but I wanted to be polite. The same young woman apologized again and told me my pizzas were ready. Okay, but I felt compelled to point out that waiting over two hours for pizzas is excessive and they should review their procedures, as this has happened to us several times. More excuses followed, and as compensation, a free bottle of soda. I told them they were going to lose customers. They claimed my order was leaving while I was on the phone, but that was a lie; it only left 15 minutes later. And to top it off, they didn't even give me the right bottles of soda...

18/08/2026: Not great, despite the newly renovated station; you need to have a minimum of €150 in your bank account or the transaction will be refused. It's a shame, they're losing customers.

To those who arrive as a couple wanting to reserve a table just to share a single pizza (I've experienced this myself): it's disrespectful. Don't do it! Order two! And if there are seven of you, order seven! You wouldn't order a single steak for several people and then demand to share it, would you?
