23/11/2025: The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients and a truly superb dough, as is the pizzaiolo's skill! The service is attentive and friendly, the music playlist is often to my liking—in short, always a good time. The terrace is also worth trying in the warmer months; it's very inviting. Whether it's the calzone, regina, salmon, or beef and carrots, these pizzas are top-notch. The half-pizza menu with a drink and gourmet coffee is also a great idea. Reservations are recommended.

26/11/2025: Wandering the narrow streets looking for a restaurant, I stopped and found a table at this small, simple but charming establishment. We ate in the vaulted dining room on the lower level. The service was very efficient. A very good meal. Kudos to the chef and his team.

05/04/2026: A real treat! The asparagus hot dog, beef carpaccio, half duck breast, pork chop, and pear and caramel dessert were excellent. A truly original blend of flavors. The cuisine is sophisticated and full of surprises. Friendly and humorous servers. A must-try restaurant!

The staff were pleasant, smiling, and welcoming.
They cater to everyone's tastes.
They offered to change the desserts in the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee). I recommend this restaurant.
20/03/2026: So, let's start with a simple veal escalope with mushrooms, the meat was awful, I barely ate it! The cook offered me something else, I asked for a small four-cheese pizza with a tomato base, they served me a cream base and I won't even describe the state of the pizza!! A mush of cheese (if you can even call it cheese (even my dog wouldn't touch it)) on a completely dry crust!! As a result, they asked me to pay for the veal dish, no gesture of goodwill, not even an apology! The waiter's only comment was, "You won't be back, sir." Hahaha, a word to the wise.

25/03/2026: I usually order from La Boîte à Pizza from time to time, and this is the first time I've ever waited half an hour for my order! When you have short lunch breaks, waiting that long is really frustrating! Just a simple apology and a gesture of goodwill. What a shame.

24/07/2024: Nous avons été attirés par le cadre enchanteur et la proximité de la Charente … jolie terrasse … tout commence bien …
Le serveur charmant nous demande d’éviter une entrée car la cuisine ne va pas suivre … bizarre … on prend le risque (nb une heure et demi après on était sortis )
Les plats sont fades. On fait mieux à la maison … le carbonara : on y a tous les quatre goûté, voici nos commentaires :
Pas bon ! Goutte l’eau ! Et perso j’y trouve un goût de vanille pas bon du tout !!!
La pizza est fade
Le rigatoni devient une simple pâte … sans intérêt
Bref n’y allez pas !
Point positif : le cadre à l’intérieur est très chouette …

16/08/2024: On a été très bien reçu. On nous a fait patienter quelques minutes à une table à l'intérieur en attendant de dresser une table en terrasse. Je trouve ça vraiment génial l'affichette des toilettes disant que des serviettes hygiéniques sont disponibles sur demande à la serveuse... Bravo pour l'idée. Pizza fine très bonne. Salades généreuses et fraiches.. je recommande.
07/07/2024: Je suis aller avec mes filles et ma nouvelle compagne, menu enfant la pizza était aussi grande que la mienne pris à la carte, pour les pâtes carbonate menu enfant 5 lardons, de la crème et des pâtes, pizza menu adultes trop petite et trop cuite pizza St Jacques sans aucun intérêt et pizza du chef pareil. Le seul point positif est le service, le patron de bonne humeur et agréable. La crêpes au chocolat, la crêpes est bonne le chocolat est coupé avec de l'eau, pas génial. Glace de qualité moyenne. Pour le prix pour 4 personnes. Trop chère

30/08/2024: Très bon accueil. Service au top. Plats excellents. Le personnel très sympathique et beaucoup d'humour. Très bonne soirée passée dans ce restaurant avec mon amie et ses 3 petits enfants
19/08/2024: Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois et nous très contents à chaque passage. Le personnel est agréable et c'est très bon. Nous n'avons jamais été déçus, dernièrement Alexia nous a très bien servi.
