03/05/2026: I'm sorry to be harsh, but while the food looked good and high quality, I encountered a problem. I asked for an item to be removed due to a food allergy (fried onions). They said yes, but in the end, they added them anyway, and I even overheard the person at the counter pointing out to the cook that the order was supposed to be without that ingredient. I saw them trying to cover and remove the onions with their hands (thankfully, they were wearing gloves). When I received the product, I insisted on the allergy, and they told me that the ingredient hadn't been included. To my surprise, I barely tasted it, and my salad was full of it. I returned with my order, and they told me it was chicken breading. I had to insist they redo it, but I won't be back. It was a bad experience, and there was no apology or compensation offered.

18/04/2026: I don't usually give one star, but this experience deserves to be shared. No "hello" at the checkout, the pizza had very little topping (only the crust was good), and don't expect any quality toppings... Of course, no goodbye or thank you to the customers... the customer actively contributing to the business's long-term success. Finally, they mentioned the drink was in the bag, and trusting them, we didn't double-check... upon arrival, we discovered the drink wasn't there. (Another way to save money, no doubt...) Evry is a large city with various dining options... I suggest you discover much more deserving businesses.

I used to go to the old location with my children, and they were very good back then. You must have gotten too big for your boots. Now the dough, the toppings, everything is sloppy. It's not enough to just do quantity; you also have to do quality! I won't be going back!

Excellent and generous pizza, but the Saltimbocca veal cutlet with white wine was very bland and greasy, which was a shame. The Nero wine by the glass was nice.

10/04/2026: Good evening, I would like to share my experience at your establishment this evening. I arrived around 7:00 PM intending to order two pizzas to take away. To my surprise, even though the restaurant was empty, an employee was particularly unpleasant and aggressive. She told us that we absolutely had to book in advance and that, otherwise, we wouldn't be served until 9:10 PM, even suggesting we use a delivery service. The tone used and the way we were treated were unacceptable. We felt disrespected, as if we were bothering them. What's even more regrettable is that I have dined at your pizzeria several times before and I enjoy it very much. But this experience was a real disappointment. Horrible pizza, no salt, no toppings whatsoever, we ate pizza dough 🤮🤮🤮 Tiny pieces of merguez sausage, far too little for a giant pizza, tasteless, disgusting, I threw half of it away. Look at the photos, no toppings at all. €25 for a large pizza. Unacceptable 🤢🤢 Has there been a change of ownership? Because before, the pizzas were amazing!

05/03/2026: Catastrophic. Real Italians, stay away. I ordered pasta carbonara, and it didn't taste like pasta carbonara at all. I even had to ask for Parmesan cheese, whereas in normal restaurants, servers always put it on the table. Furthermore, the service was slow. I had to wait ages to order, even though the restaurant was empty, and then, just to ask for water and Parmesan, I had to wait another half-century for someone to finally come over. And that's not even mentioning the prices, which are outrageous for what they offer. They wouldn't even dare charge those prices in Paris. The only positive point is that the place is beautiful inside. That's it.
