03/02/2026: I've been there several times and I'm always satisfied. They're helpful, quick, and the price is reasonable. The food is very good too. It's clean, and there's a public parking lot nearby.
03/02/2026: We had two kebabs today. They were very sparsely filled and, moreover, excessively expensive. €9.90 per kebab. Paying so much for almost nothing in the bread.

11/10/2025: Nice place on the banks of the Eure. The pizzas are always so good. Served quickly with a smile. But for my taste it lacks a little cooking. Well done guys.

15/02/2026: Very disappointed with the service; we waited over 20 minutes before our drinks could be ordered. The waitress (Margaux) didn't seem experienced. We waited desperately after dessert, but the waitress didn't come to clear our table or offer us coffee. It was very cold in the restaurant.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.
23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

03/11/2025: If you want a taste of Italy, this is the perfect place. We go there regularly, and the quality of the food and the service are always excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attentive service from both the owner and the staff (the negative reviews are amusing in this regard...). We enjoy going there and always have a pleasant meal.
The portions are generous and delicious, offering good value for money.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

The pizzas and pastas are very good, the spritz is excellent, the service is pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable, allowing you to treat yourself without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it and I don't understand the bad reviews. We had a lovely time together.

31/10/2025: We went to La Napolitaine using a Smartbox voucher. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time, and the size was larger than usual. The ingredients were high quality. The service was quick and the waitress was pleasant. The desserts were just as delicious as the pizzas.
Don't judge a book by its cover 😉, what matters is what's on your plate. Thank you for a lovely experience.
21/09/2025: An impromptu dinner with my wife last night. Always and still a must-visit place to enjoy pizzas; they are by far the best in Chartres. The service is impeccable. We barely arrived with our dog, and without asking, the owner brought her a drink! A thoughtful touch. Congratulations to the entire team for your professionalism and perseverance, given the construction work that must be disrupting your business somewhat.

22/10/2025: Excellent pizza!! I go there regularly with my family. If you like spicy food, I recommend the Stromboli! A pleasant welcome and place, and a real chef behind the stove.

14/02/2026: Passing through the area, I decided to try this pizzeria and stopped in.
First of all, the welcome was rather cold.
The pizzas had no flavor whatsoever, made with processed ingredients. The dough was completely undercooked and resembled bread.
I will never go back there in my life.
01/02/2026: We've been to this establishment several times, and we're always greeted by the incredibly kind owner and staff.
They also offer home delivery.
You can pay either in cash or by credit card (the delivery drivers have a card reader).
We paid €80 for 5 pizzas 🍕 of different flavors.

But it's so cold in there, you can't feel the heating. And on top of that, the Catholic music is playing, it feels like we're being led to our doom.
Bring it on!

23/01/2026: We had a wonderful evening! ✨ We received a warm welcome from the waitresses and the manager, who managed to find us a table even though the restaurant was full.
The prices were very reasonable.
There was a wide selection of original and excellent pizzas.
The desserts were generous and homemade; I highly recommend the Tiramisu!
