22/02/2026: I've ordered from you several times. At first, the food and service were good, but little by little it deteriorated. They forgot ingredients, the pizzas weren't the right size, and the Coke and Fanta gave me stomach aches... Last night I had a Maxi Bacon delivered, and I was very disappointed. The sandwich was underfilled, with not enough toppings. When you pay €10.50 for the meal deal, this is completely unacceptable; you expect much better! Avoid at all costs!

03/02/2026: I've been there several times and I'm always satisfied. They're helpful, quick, and the price is reasonable. The food is very good too. It's clean, and there's a public parking lot nearby.

05/03/2026: The best experience I've had in years! To begin with, the pizzeria owners are super friendly and always smiling. I had the six-cheese pizza, and let me tell you, it was simply exceptional. I recommend this pizzeria more than any other, with unbeatable prices. You'll be seeing me again very often.

22/03/2026: The service was very good, except that in the children's menu I only got the equivalent of 10 gnocchi, which is nothing compared to what they usually serve. My daughter, after eating her gnocchi, asked for another plate. I should have mentioned that the first one was really small to begin with. Anyway, they brought me another plate and charged me five euros more than the children's menu price… which is outrageous. When I went to pay, they had charged me for an appetizer platter that was supposed to be free because it was my birthday last week and I had a voucher valid until April 12th. The cashier couldn't remove it from the computer system and told me, "Exceptionally, I'll remove it manually, but otherwise I shouldn't." Except I told them that my voucher was valid, that I had the card, so it should have gone through. It's really annoying, you have to keep an eye on everything, from the amount on our plates to the receipt at the end…

14/03/2026: I strongly advise against this restaurant; the waitress (the manager has a piercing) was unpleasant, the pasta carbonara was not good at all, and the dish was served cold. It was cold in the restaurant.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.

23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

13/03/2026: Excellent evening at this charming Italian restaurant! The pizzas were beautiful and delicious, and the salmon lasagna was also very good. The cannoli were all good (except for the lemon one, whose cream didn't taste like lemon). The aragosta with salted caramel cream was divine! In short, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent and fast service, and a meal with good value for money.
