31/10/2025: We went to La Napolitaine using a Smartbox voucher. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time, and the size was larger than usual. The ingredients were high quality. The service was quick and the waitress was pleasant. The desserts were just as delicious as the pizzas. Don't judge a book by its cover 😉, what matters is what's on your plate. Thank you for a lovely experience.

21/09/2025: An impromptu dinner with my wife last night. Always and still a must-visit place to enjoy pizzas; they are by far the best in Chartres. The service is impeccable. We barely arrived with our dog, and without asking, the owner brought her a drink! A thoughtful touch. Congratulations to the entire team for your professionalism and perseverance, given the construction work that must be disrupting your business somewhat. A big thank you, Patrick Bazot.

14/02/2026: Passing through the area, I decided to try this pizzeria and stopped in. First of all, the welcome was rather cold. The pizzas had no flavor whatsoever, made with processed ingredients. The dough was completely undercooked and resembled bread. I will never go back there in my life.

01/02/2026: We've been to this establishment several times, and we're always greeted by the incredibly kind owner and staff. They also offer home delivery. You can pay either in cash or by credit card (the delivery drivers have a card reader). We paid €80 for 5 pizzas 🍕 of different flavors.

09/02/2026: Four pizzas ordered, four overcooked pizzas... so much so that the flavors were completely gone. The egg was fully cooked. It's a shame; I remember it being great, I'm very disappointed. You've lost four customers. Indeed, my son checked that the pizzas were the ones ordered, but he didn't dare say anything about the cooking... and it was only when he got home that I realized the disaster, which cost almost 45 euros for the four pizzas... I can assure you that if I had gone there myself, you would have kept your pizzas.

28/02/2026: 5 stars – Excellent! What a joy to stumble upon Roma Nostra! Located right on Place du Cygne, it's the perfect spot for a truly authentic Italian experience. We absolutely loved this Italian restaurant in Chartres! The servers are very professional, always smiling and incredibly helpful; you immediately feel welcome. We started with the charcuterie and cheese platter: absolutely delicious! Everything was incredibly flavorful, the ingredients were high quality, and you could taste the authentic Italian expertise. The accompanying green salad was generous, with a lovely variety of leaves and perfect dressing—not too much, not too little—just right. And what can I say about the owner… a real character! A true gentleman, the kind you rarely see anymore, smiling, generous, who chats with customers and creates a wonderfully warm atmosphere. It's a welcome change from impersonal places! To finish, they offered us a homemade lemon digestif: a marvel, fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of acidity—the perfect ending to the meal. And the best part: the price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity served. Unbeatable value for money! We'll definitely be back, and we recommend it 200% to all lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. Well done to the whole team! 🍕🍷

21/02/2026: We ate at your restaurant today and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pizzas were excellent and generous. There was a mistake with the wine, and the owner insisted on correcting it. He was very professional and welcoming. We had a wonderful time. See you soon... 😉
