13/07/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.
Yes, it was busy, so I can understand a slight delay in taking my order. However, what followed was completely unacceptable.
I received my starter, which I finished. It took a very long time for my plate to be cleared, followed by an interminable wait for a simple salad. It got so bad that I got up and left the restaurant without having received my main course.
What's most telling is that the waitress herself asked me, "You still haven't received your salad?" She then went to the kitchen and came back to tell me it was ready. If even the staff acknowledges there's a problem, it's clear the wait was unacceptable.
I calmly asked if it would be possible to receive some kind of compensation given the excessive wait. The manager replied, in a rather unpleasant tone, that there had only been a 10-minute wait. That's simply untrue. I would never have gotten up and left a restaurant for a mere ten-minute delay, especially after already having waited to be served and for my plate to be cleared.
The most disappointing thing isn't even the wait itself, but the complete lack of consideration for the customer. Instead of acknowledging the problem or offering an apology, they preferred to deny the facts. Faced with this attitude, I finally refused the salad, which didn't even appeal to me anymore after all that time.
A mistake can happen in any establishment. However, the lack of professionalism, the absence of an apology, and the refusal to offer any compensation despite a clearly excessive wait are much harder to accept.
I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this establishment.
02/07/2026: We called to reserve a table for dinner and the staff told us there was no need to make a reservation as they had space and we could come immediately. However, upon arrival, it was no longer possible to eat there as they were fully booked!

07/07/2026: The speed and quality of preparation were excellent; however, when I arrived around 9 p.m. to pick up my order, I found that there was only one person handling absolutely everything (preparation, cashier, cooking, etc.). I find it quite unacceptable to leave such a heavy workload to a single person.
Nevertheless, I want to commend this employee for her exceptional productivity.
On another note, the pizzas were delicious!

I am contacting you regarding an order placed on Sunday through your app.
I ordered 9 pizzas with scheduled delivery. When nothing arrived, I called the Pizza Hut restaurant, and they told me that no order had been received.
Thinking the order hadn't gone through, I went to Domino's Pizza to pick up 9 pizzas to eat with my friends at the BG guesthouse.
However, in the meantime, I was charged by Pizza Hut, and the delivery driver finally arrived with the 9 pizzas. I refused the delivery since we had already eaten.
I would therefore like a refund or some other form of compensation, as there was clearly a problem with the order's transmission and/or delivery time.

03/06/2026: A so-called professional caterer who didn't show up on the day and claimed I hadn't sent him the necessary documents to make a reservation! Eight days prior, and after speaking with him three times on the phone, I called him to finalize the details, and at no point did he mention that I hadn't sent the documents or that he was fully aware of requests for portions of jambalaya without pork. So, his excuses like, "I didn't even know where it was being held," or other such flimsy excuses... that's completely unacceptable. Furthermore, this man is lying because we had already worked with him once before, nine years ago, despite what he might say... but I've noticed that this person's memory really needs some work. So, I confirm once again: UNRELIABLE CATERER
24/05/2026: Huge disappointment with Olé Bodega in Dreux.
For a friend's 60th birthday party with 75 guests, the caterer cancelled on us the day itself, claiming the reservation wasn't confirmed, despite prior phone conversations.
A complete lack of professionalism and enormous stress for everyone.
Avoid for important events.
