14/07/2026: 2 large pizzas, 1 free. We ordered one large and two small. They didn't even tell us about the promotion... We lost 5 euros. Not good customer service. The pizzas delivered weren't the ones we ordered. I won't be going back!
30/06/2026: The delivery takes a very long time, I don't recommend it, we've already been waiting for an hour.

Too long a wait, not even bread.
The carafe of water arrived almost an hour later.
The waitress served her acquaintances before you, even though they arrived much later.
Many people were unhappy.
24/07/2026: We ordered from Dell’arte on July 24th.
I ordered a burrata with pesto, but it was more like a burrata without pesto.
When I asked why there was so little, I was told that the photos on the website were not representative of the actual product.
I also had to ask for cutlery and bread. For a takeout order, that's basic stuff.
Since I had mentioned it in the order notes and they didn't even check,
the same goes for the bread I ordered; I received a burnt loaf.
And for dessert, a strawberry pistachio tiramisu, I wonder where the pistachio is.
We've eaten at this restaurant before, which is why I asked why there was so little pesto, because it's different when it's served at the table.
I used to eat there often and found it good and enjoyable. I tried to get takeout, but avoid it!
I paid the same price for much less.
No courtesy whatsoever.

22/08/2026: We enjoyed the peaceful and friendly atmosphere for our meal on the terrace. The dishes we chose were perfect. The service was a little disorganized, with a new waiter, but that was forgivable. We recommend this place.

31/10/2025: We went to La Napolitaine using a Smartbox voucher. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time, and the size was larger than usual. The ingredients were high quality. The service was quick and the waitress was pleasant. The desserts were just as delicious as the pizzas.
Don't judge a book by its cover 😉, what matters is what's on your plate. Thank you for a lovely experience.
21/09/2025: An impromptu dinner with my wife last night. Always and still a must-visit place to enjoy pizzas; they are by far the best in Chartres. The service is impeccable. We barely arrived with our dog, and without asking, the owner brought her a drink! A thoughtful touch. Congratulations to the entire team for your professionalism and perseverance, given the construction work that must be disrupting your business somewhat.

05/09/2026: Catastrophic! We waited an hour and 45 minutes before finally being told our order had been lost… They brought us appetizers that weren't ours, then pizza knives… and then nothing. No one came, no explanation, no assistance. Absolutely nothing.
It's all the more disappointing because I used to frequent this pizzeria with the previous owner and had very fond memories of it. Unfortunately, with the new owner, the organization and service are clearly no longer up to par.
A truly disappointing experience. There are so many things that need improvement, especially in order management and customer service.
A first for me: leaving a restaurant without eating.
Stomach cramps 🤢 and ending up at the local kebab shop.
29/08/2026: I made a reservation and ended up on the terrace. I loved it, as always, good products. The only downside, I don't know, I'm still looking for it.

I had lunch at this Italian restaurant on September 2nd with my grandson. We ordered two plates of tagliatelle with salmon at €18.50 each.
Unfortunately, the pasta was completely tasteless, and the salmon was of very poor quality; it was extremely salty, to the point of being simply inedible.
I pointed out the problem to the waitress, who simply replied "ah" before leaving, without offering any solution or even showing any further interest in our comment.
We ultimately decided to leave the restaurant and have our dessert elsewhere.
A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of the food and the customer service. At €18.50 a plate, we really expected better.
16/08/2026: Keep walking...the dishes are tasteless, the pizza toppings are almost non-existent, the service is soulless and the prices are high considering the quality of the products served.

If you still have doubts, don't hesitate to read previous customer reviews.
22/08/2026: Passing through the area for the week, we ordered their pizzas for takeout two nights in a row... (the four-cheese is amazing!) and we were won over.
From the person on the phone, whose smile you can hear, to the care that goes into making the pizzas.
We loved it!
It's a shame you don't deliver to Paris 😂🍕
