28/12/2025: I awkwardly entered the restaurant at first, but the staff warmly welcomed me and guided me through the correct entrance, also introducing me to the day's special. The whole experience was very pleasant. The food wasn't the traditional fare I had imagined (it was, but I hadn't seen it for the past few days), but it still tasted quite good. I'm glad I chose the pork rolls, and thank you for your hospitality.

21/04/2026: We've been going to Del Arte for quite some time and have always been satisfied. We were there on Monday, and the waitstaff, as always, were very pleasant and competent. However, the food was disappointing. My pizza was pale and undercooked, and for dessert, I ordered a chocolate Liégeois that didn't exactly match the ingredients listed on the menu. I had scoops of ice cream and whipped cream, but instead of chocolate sauce, the whipped cream was sprinkled with cocoa powder. The Liégeois is my favorite dessert at Del Arte, and this is the first time it's been presented like this. What a shame!

23/11/2025: I've never eaten such disgusting pasta in Sicily. "Al ragù" pasta with no meat, no sauce, just the cooking water, perfect for mixing, charged at €19. Truffle pasta, overcooked but perfectly crisp, €23! Small portion, different depending on the customer. Avoid at all costs!!!

15/11/2025: A must-try in Uzès 🫶. Everything is excellent, the dishes are beautiful and delicious, and the welcome is warm. We tried the Sicilian fondue, and we loved it!! I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: Excellent restaurant on the banks of the Grau-du-Roi canal, a 5-minute walk from the beach. We had pizzas which were excellent, with a pleasant, airy crust and generous, high-quality toppings. The service was top-notch; they offered us water and even changed our cutlery (after a fall) before we even asked. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and not intrusive. We will gladly return to this establishment.
