03/09/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizzas, fresh ingredients, a very good crust that's both crispy and soft. A wide variety of flavors, from classic to original pizzas. The service is warm and welcoming.

03/10/2026: I was disappointed with my experience at Basta Cosi. I had heard good things about it in the past, but it's clear that the quality has declined. The pizza was good but basic; the ingredients used weren't high quality and lacked flavor. The dough was very difficult to cut. The tomato tatin was tiny and uninteresting; it was greasy, and the pickled onions weren't marinated enough. My biggest disappointment was the dessert. An Italian restaurant wouldn't be complete without tiramisu, but I've had much better. Here, it was mostly sponge cake, and not even soaked enough. The essence of tiramisu lies in the cream, and unfortunately, I was left wanting more. The service was a bit slow, and we didn't have the same waiter from beginning to end, but they were all pleasant and smiling. Finally, regarding the atmosphere, the background music combined with the noise from the terrace could be quite unbearable at times. In short, I was planning to stop over in Italy but I certainly wouldn't recommend the trip.

31/08/2026: Another pleasant place to eat. The day we went, it was impossible to stay outside under the pergolas and covered area because of a storm. Everyone was able to sit inside, where it was dry.

28/08/2026: Excellent pizzas!! As longtime customers, we love ordering our takeaway pizzas regularly! They're always generously topped and delicious! But this year, three times now, we've noticed a difference between the advertised price and the bill. Why?! For example, tonight we ordered two pizzas listed at €13 each and we paid €28... €2 difference isn't much in itself... Except when you're a regular customer. If the takeaway price is higher than eating in, it would be worth mentioning...

Be sure to have several payment methods available to settle the bill, as the manager refuses ANCV online holiday vouchers, even though the website states they are accepted, and he doesn't see the point in informing customers of this at the time of booking. And as for the food, the value for money is terrible: pasta without a life jacket, drowning in a soup pompously called "sauce." I wish you neither a pleasant meal nor a pleasant experience at ZANELLI.
