10/07/2025: Four of us friends were passing through the area when our eyes fell on this place, which we hadn't heard of before, and we thought, "Why not? It's been a long time since we've eaten Italian food." And after tasting the dishes (the advantage of being a group is that we can taste each other's dishes 😜), we felt like we were in Italy! The food is simply delicious, well-prepared, homemade, and made with fresh ingredients! And a big thumbs up to Lise, who made our meal even more sublime with her cheerfulness, her welcoming aura, and her exemplary professionalism! We all recommend them!

08/07/2025: After a restaurant, we wanted to have a dessert and a last drink, unfortunately it was refused. The server told us that he did not serve dessert without consumption of the main course. Know that according to Article L122-1 (Law nº 2001-1168 of December 11, 2001 art. 13 IV 3º Official Journal of December 12, 2001) It is forbidden to refuse a consumer the sale of a product or the provision of a service, except for legitimate reasons. What is certain is that bad publicity you are going to have!

08/03/2026: We had a wonderful time. The wood-fired pizzas were delicious, as were the pasta dishes for the children and the risotto for our eldest. The waitress was very welcoming. The food arrived quickly. For dessert, we chose a daily special, which was made fresh to order. The Sicilian pistachio specialty was excellent. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: The restaurant was not welcoming at all. Almost a two-hour wait to be served. The manager needs to learn how to communicate with her customers. The pizza chef acts like a celebrity, when he's terrible. They really need to rethink their approach. The Romeo family, whom you know so well.

There, the door is never a door, but an open embrace, a discreet fire awaiting me under the gentle name of La Lanterna. I enter as one returns home after too many winters, with that peaceful certainty that nothing will be feigned, that everything will be true. The bread still speaks of wheat, the sauces simmer for a long time, and the hands that cook have learned the patience of mothers. Each plate recognizes me, reassures me, whispers to me that happiness is never far away, that it hides in the steam rising from a dish and in the laughter of a neighboring table. There, love is simple, the price is gentle, and generosity is immeasurable. I go there with a childlike enthusiasm, with that luminous eagerness to rediscover warmth, nameless family, and the fragile beauty of homemade things. For there are places where one goes not only to eat, but to mend one's soul by the light of a lantern. So yes, bon voyage, to those who still seek authentic places, and who will recognize, in the discreet light of a lantern, the simple and precious taste of contentment.

19/02/2026: Very good, plus the service is impeccable, very helpful

12/02/2026: The waitress was patient, pleasant, and offered good advice. My salad and pizza were excellent, however, everything with beef was really quite disappointing. The lasagna was bland and the spaghetti bolognese was truly awful—it was really not good at all! It was a bit chilly, so we kept our sweaters on. In short, it's great for fresh or homemade products; forget about anything that's pre-prepared and frozen. It's a shame because, once again, the service was perfect.

27/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome as a family and enjoyed a delicious meal. It was a quiet evening, and the food was good. The waiter didn't forget anything and was very helpful, but it was clear he was very tired, and the service was a bit slow. We arrived at the beginning of service, so it probably took them some time to get settled in. The prices are very reasonable.

20/12/2025: I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday today. The welcome was incredible, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was 10/10, and the very welcoming servers made the surprise a complete success. I want to thank Alain, who was super! Thank you again!
