26/08/2024: I discovered this pizzeria on my way to Toulouse. I went for pizza twice in 10 days. Excellent pizzas 👍 and friendly service. They are some of the best pizzas I have eaten.

I have a doubt: not sure if the pasta is homemade I had ravioli and cheese lasagna: meh, I had the impression of an industrial kitchen Small portion and served just hot or lukewarm I do not recommend The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite nice and cozy.

20/09/2024: Delayed by a medical appointment, it was a good opportunity to discover this new restaurant in Montesquieu-volvestre, which was quite welcome and we were not disappointed. The warm welcome The pleasant and well renovated setting The very diverse menu, a feast for the eyes. The kitchen at the top We were served by Laurence, the owner who won us over and we chatted very freely It was an excellent moment rather rare in these days, aged 90, we enjoyed it and we wholeheartedly recommend it. We will come back.

02/07/2024: Italian restaurant in the heart of the Carmes district, top-notch and authentic interior decor, very nice terrace. On the other hand, the kitchen was not too good. I had a burrata salad for dinner last week. Burrata very good but the salad itself does not meet expectations at all. Very (too simple) dish, almost exclusively composed of baby spinach, a few cherry tomatoes and walnuts. Lack of good, tasty tomatoes, good seasoning, a little posto... in short, disappointed. The beer was good, however, and the service was friendly.

Top service and above all patiently responsive you respect the time that I ask of you with even incredible speed in advance. And pizza is very, very good, especially since all the cold cuts and meat are halal. Thanks again to the pizza maker and the young girl who answered my phone.

29/11/2023: Honestly, the managers are very nice. The pizzas are delicious and yet I am very complicated. Lots of improvement since the new managers took over the establishment. Previously, when I called to order at certain times when it was still supposed to be open, the employees wouldn't pick up the phone, and this had happened to me several times. Since there are new managers, there is no longer this problem. Really very kind and welcoming people whose pizzas I recommend without hesitation.
