The salad was good, but no one told us they were out of breaded chicken, and I didn't dare ask! But we were still charged for the difference! I doubt plain chicken costs the same as breaded chicken! It's understandable that they might run out, but we arrived at 1 p.m., and I think honesty is important in a restaurant; this isn't how you keep customers!

Today, the ingredients are less generous, and the ham, cheese, and salmon are no longer of the same quality; the herbs were missing. And unfortunately, it is also very expensive. 20 € for a starter salad and a beer is abusive. The service was also quite poor. Most employees are friendly, but they don't pay attention to customers, so I had to go fetch them at the counter many times.

No pizzas available, mistakes in the dishes, nonexistent service: impossible to get the servers' attention, forced to get up just to get water and bread. The children's menu was outrageous at €12.90 for a syrup, a bowl of plain pasta, and a chocolate mousse. And to top it all off, the owner asked if everything was alright… even though she had witnessed all the problems. It makes you wonder if it was a hidden camera prank. A clear lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. "The art of hospitality in Balma," they say on their website...
