16/03/2026: The welcome, service, and staff were pleasant. However, the food was rather bland and tasted like it came from a factory. As a result, it's expensive for the quality offered. A shame.

23/03/2026: A very good pizzeria, worthy of the best Italian pizza chefs. Good quality ingredients, generous pizzas, and reasonably priced. A pleasant atmosphere for eating. The staff is very welcoming, and we were served quite quickly. Highly recommended!

27/03/2026: Kitchen Nightmares! The service was adequate, however, don't come to this restaurant with high culinary expectations. Frozen meatballs with knife-cut linguine and acidic tomato sauce, or a calzone with pizza dough that hadn't risen... for the prices they charge, it's a rip-off.

25/03/2026: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch today and had a wonderful time. The pizzas were delicious! Special mention to the pizza chef, who was lovely to us from beginning to end 😊 The only slight downside was my partner's ice cream, which had bits of ice in it, which wasn't very pleasant. He didn't finish it. But apart from that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend it!

18/03/2026: It's a shame we can't give 6 stars for the atmosphere. The restaurant and the waiter were excellent. RIP to the hornet, that gave us a good laugh. I recommend it.

23/03/2026: I loved this place! The welcome was exceptional: the woman who greeted us was so lovely, and the servers were just as nice. We didn't wait more than ten minutes, even though we arrived on a Saturday evening at 8 pm, which was really appreciated. The pizzas were delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed them! We'll definitely be back to try the pasta. ☺️

31/01/2026: Having been a customer of this restaurant for years now, I recommend it without hesitation, both for the quality of the products and for the prices and the professionalism of the staff.

16/02/2026: Amazing new chef + team + menu + quality = this place is spectacular I'd been a few times to the previous itiration of this restaurant and always left somehow deflated and disappointed. But decided, tonight, to try the revamped version (same name and address; new chef, new menu, new decor, and totally different quality), and was astounded: it was really one of the very best meals I've had in Toulouse in a year. The new chef is bound to be considered a star sooner or later, if he isn't already; I fear he might soon move up the ranks to the more Michelin-priced restaurants, which would be a shame, because this place is still very reasonable priced (given the location), with a very accessible (if you know what I mean - none of the inscrutable "michelin" type sprinklings) menu; decent serving sizes; excellent service (and, a rarity in Toulouse: prompt and smiling waitstaff). The menu is packed with pleasingly innovative yet perfectly traditional haute cuisine choices (langoustines! Ris de veau! volaille!); the ingredients are fresh and delectable; the desserts are astounding; and the overall quality is as high as it gets. Kudos to the whole team, and especially the chef!

14/02/2026: We came for dinner tonight for Valentine's Day and were simply blown away. The cuisine is exquisite: clean, precise flavors, perfectly balanced tastes, beautiful pairings, and true mastery in every dish. You can feel a genuine commitment to quality and true gastronomic dedication from start to finish. The service was also impeccable: attentive, professional, and very pleasant. With the new chef and the new decor, the establishment has clearly taken a leap forward. A truly wonderful experience, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to Hamlet for his kindness, as always.

17/03/2026: Fantastic find! Delicious! My favorite was the prawn risotto. And the fresh pasta with monkfish, bacon, and asparagus. A wonderful menu of Italian specialties. Extremely friendly service. The restaurant is cozy and pleasant.

01/03/2026: Just before visiting the Augustins Museum, we had lunch in a quiet little restaurant, Lo Stivale. A small place where you're welcomed in the most pleasant way, simply, with a big smile. What will we be eating here today? Pizza? Not at all! Grandma's cooking, Grandma's cooking! Simple and refined. Pure bliss! I loved the ravioli served with truffle sauce. And the desserts? Mmm... My taste buds will remember them fondly.

21/03/2026: Very disappointed… I came about 10 months ago with my boyfriend: it was very good (despite the average presentation). This time, it was a disaster. I ordered the spaghetti al fungi: way too much pepper, far too salty, and a spice that's in all our dishes (carbonara, mushroom, lasagna) — it looks like cinnamon — in an enormous quantity. The result: it was sickening; it tasted of nothing but pepper and salt, with no mushrooms at all. The sauces are poured directly onto the pasta in a big "splash" like in a cafeteria, not at all appetizing. My friend's lasagna was more like a mush of meat, cheese, and tomato; she's still looking for the pasta… a cooking problem that caused it to melt into the sauce? Very, very disappointed, we won't be back. And finally, one of us wanted to take the lasagne in a doggy bag and when he went to taste a spoonful the waitress told him clearly: "don't taste it cold, it's going to be disgusting"... That said, she was very kind and attentive.
