16/03/2024: No hesitation! Get out of the city center full of snacks, kebabs and other scams to try the experience! You will be welcomed by Estelle who will put you at ease, advise you and Catalina behind her stove with golden hands to prepare delicious bruschettas for you , copious, elegantly presented and full of flavors but also delicious desserts including revisited Tatin and ice cream, all in a cozy and warm atmosphere. We had a delicious and pleasant time. Thank you for this professionalism.
16/03/2024: Estelle and Catalina are absolutely adorable and make every effort to welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The menu is original (I believe that Les Planches is the only restaurant to offer bruschettas with so many different recipes in Blois), and regularly renewed according to the seasons. The portions are generous and the cocktails are really nice! Thank you girls !!!

And what can we say about the waiter and the boss, 2 adorable people, with a smile, who take care of their customers with lots of very touching and pleasant little touches! Thank you again for your exemplary nature and your communicative kindness. If I return to the region, there is no doubt that I would eat here again!

If the profiteroles could be ordered in batches of 1, 2 or 3 it would be a great finish.

31/03/2024: Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, for which I had never had positive feedback! Well, I'm very happy to have pushed the door.
We ate very well, plentiful and the waitress was great and very attentive.
And the places are very clean!
I recommend with your eyes closed.
We will come back.

I'll let you judge for yourself, but I wouldn't go back there again.
Google reviews, social networks? 🤣
For almost 20 euros if you are not able to garnish a pizza as it should, change jobs or give way to someone who likes doing this job.
For much less is better, and in terms of quantity we are very well served at the pizza kiosk in Amboise it is worth the 15 minute drive!
Ps: I don't care what the pizza looks like, because it's good and I get my money's worth, that's the most important thing!
