15/05/2026: A great find! The pizzas are delicious, and the gnocchi are too! The only downsides are that the dining room is very noisy, and the small lasagna dish at €18 is a bit pricey; perhaps they could add a side salad?
11/04/2026: We had a fantastic evening! The pizzas were excellent and the waitresses were amazing. A big thank you to Gérald and Pascale for their warm welcome; we'll definitely be back.
You can go there without hesitation; it's a wonderful pizzeria with a great team and delicious food.

04/06/2026: We regularly go to La Toscane restaurant and it's always an excellent Italian experience.
Everything is perfect from start to finish.
The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and flavorful. The pasta dishes truly taste like Italy, with generous portions and perfectly cooked. The desserts are excellent, delicate, and indulgent—a wonderful way to end the meal.
The service is pleasant and consistently high-quality. The wine selection is also excellent, with a fine range of Italian wines that perfectly complement the dishes.
This is a restaurant we recommend without hesitation. A sure bet in Montbrison: 10/10, always consistently good.

06/07/2026: Monday, 1 p.m. We ordered food and drinks. We only received the food. The rosé never arrived, even after we asked for it twice. As for the salad, it was full of dirt, and the fries were lukewarm and overcooked.
The waitress forgot to be polite, and despite our complaints, we received neither an apology nor any gesture of goodwill... Run away! 😠

Very bad experience
I ordered the set menu. For starters, a 5cm x 5cm piece of country pâté with two lettuce leaves and a quarter of a tomato, followed by four pieces of grilled meat (a chorizo like on a children's menu, two chicken tenders where you had to find the meat, the same for the marinated pork where I had to gnaw on the bone), served with regular fries, all for 22 euros. I strongly advise against it 👎

10/05/2026: Excellent hotel stay, worth discovering
08/05/2026: The hotel is well located and the staff are welcoming. However, we chose this hotel because it has a restaurant, but it seems to have been closed for two years, and I didn't see any mention of this on the website. We therefore had to go to a nearby changing room, but it was outside the hotel itself. Furthermore, there were no power outlets near the bed (or they were very well hidden), and only one bedside table. My partner has a CPAP machine, which we plugged into the bathroom, and I used a chair as a bedside table. Disappointed.
On the other hand, the breakfast was plentiful.
