17/05/2026: The perfect hotel if you're looking for a friendly, family atmosphere.
The location opposite the train station doesn't detract from the hotel's tranquility at all.
The room I stayed in was very clean and the bedding was impeccable.
The staff is incredibly attentive and you immediately feel at ease.
The breakfast is perfect.
This is my second stay here, and I'm planning a third.

29/07/2026: I highly recommend Valencia Roma for the warm welcome and attentive service from Fabien. The food was excellent; the rougail was superb, as were the other dishes: salad, charcuterie, etc. The service was top-notch, with delivery on time. The dishes were piping hot.
Thank you so much for your professionalism.
And perhaps we'll be back again.

27/12/2025: I had a really excellent meal. It was truly delicious. The setting was pleasant and unpretentious. The owner, despite his somewhat gruff manner, is very friendly. I don't know many restaurants in Saumur that offer a complimentary glass of champagne at the end of the meal after you've paid the bill.
I don't understand the overwhelmingly negative reviews. To dare to say it's not good, that it's frozen food, etc., etc... simply untrue. We arrived as a party of five and were warmly welcomed, as were all the other customers who arrived later. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed every course, and our plates were returned empty to the kitchen.
