27/04/2026: Generous and very tasty pizzas. Pleasant service.

26/04/2026: Pizza "Il Fiore" delivered without fior di latte mozzarella, even though it's listed in the description AND shown in the photo. The owner claims this is normal because it supposedly "melted," and that the menu photo isn't binding and... that they never include it anyway (go figure). Having ordered this pizza before, I know perfectly well that this isn't true (it's clearly visible in other review photos). A simple "sorry for the oversight" would have been enough to end the matter, but bad faith prevailed. This kind of dishonest behavior wouldn't last long in Italy, where honor is sacred. Disappointing.

13/05/2026: Second visit to this restaurant to try the pizzas. They were delicious! 😍 The crust thickness was just right for me. The pizzas were generously topped. The crust was soft and not brittle. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and we had a great time chatting with them. I highly recommend it. I look forward to returning as soon as possible. A big thank you for this wonderful meal, which deserves to be rewarded with such positive feedback.

17/05/2026: The perfect hotel if you're looking for a friendly, family atmosphere. The location opposite the train station doesn't detract from the hotel's tranquility at all. The room I stayed in was very clean and the bedding was impeccable. The staff is incredibly attentive and you immediately feel at ease. The breakfast is perfect. This is my second stay here, and I'm planning a third. Thank you!

14/06/2026: Incredible discovery!!! Passing through Angers for a stag do, we had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday evening. Despite our late reservation, the lady on the phone was very kind to accommodate us, especially for a party of seven. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always smiling! The waitresses were very competent and friendly, very professional, and helped us have a pleasant time! The food was also a magnificent discovery! I had the Italian-style beef tartare, which was truly exquisite. Unfortunately, they were out of new potatoes, so we were offered mushy peas and rice. The mushy peas were incredible! The dessert, the Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), was equally excellent with its bed of Breton shortbread and caramel. As a digestif, we were recommended the mint pastille, which was just as excellent… a magnificent dinner and an extraordinary experience! Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back!

14/04/2026: Feedback on BARA We used this company for our wedding. The meal, consisting of an appetizer, fish, meat, and a wedding cake, was excellent in both quantity and quality. We requested a vegetarian meal, and they were able to accommodate our request. They were attentive to our needs and very discreet. 20/11/2025: Barra Catering provided the service for our wedding cocktail hour and dinner, and everything went perfectly! All our guests, as well as my husband and I, were delighted with both the quality of the food and the service. The servers were extremely attentive at every moment, which made us feel truly well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

09/05/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered a double pizza, and we got a 29cm pizza with very little topping. All that for €20... we expected more.

28/04/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at La Strada whenever I'm in Angers. The pizzas are delicious, and there's something for everyone in terms of recipes. Some people only care about size… those people should go to American chains and choke on their 28cm cardboard pizzas 🙄 🍕Here, everything is homemade, with a delicious crust, generously topped with tasty, high-quality ingredients. We love the retro and authentic atmosphere of the place. The owner is super friendly, as is the waiter who takes excellent care of his customers. A must-try in Angers. If you're going to eat at one place, it's definitely this one.
