Perfect and generous tiramisu.
Friendly service. Good atmosphere; only the lighting could be different, but that's a subjective detail.

The young waitress was incredibly kind and welcoming.
We didn't even make a reservation, but they didn't hesitate to welcome us and make us feel at ease.
And the food was amazing 🤤, absolutely delicious, and the portions were so generous 🫠😇.

05/03/2026: The waiter is very personable and likeable, very efficient and interested in his customers. I’ve been to Salento 3 times now, and always have a pleasant experience. Now the food is of course what brings me back here, I love the sausage and cream pasta. It’s sophisticated, tastes like it’s a cream mixes with Wine which perfectly meshes with a sausage. It’s close to perfection for me. And that is why I give it a 5 star review.

12/12/2025: The restaurant looked great, but a woman came and took our decorative candle, without saying a word to us, and put it on her own table. After speaking to the waiter, he apologized for his behavior, explaining that she was his boss. So, the atmosphere was lovely, but thankfully the waiters were friendlier and more courteous than their management.
12/12/2025: A wonderful surprise! A warm welcome, beautiful decor.
Delicious food.
And what's more, two ginger cats 🐱 keeping an eye on us... I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: A wonderful experience for dinner and drinks. Maria served us well and everyone else was really friendly and helpful. Don't speak French, no problem. Accent free English all around. The calamari appetizer was one of the best I've ever had (Ive had many)! My wife had Veal and I had Ossobuco. Both were phenomenal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food, especially in Paris. A must for the Italian food lover in Paris.

The dining room is simple and the decor is light.
The menu is very short, and you can taste the fresh ingredients. The portions are generous; the tiramisu is enormous!
Everything is delicious and full of flavor.

21/01/2026: Great for lunch. All kinds of pasta... be aware that the wait can be long around 1 p.m.... But it's worth it!
14/01/2026: This is the third time I've come around 5 or 6 pm and it's closed. Their sign says "open continuously until 7:30 pm," and Google says until 7 pm. It's really annoying to make the trip for nothing every time.
And to answer your question: I'm having dinner. If you close earlier, it would be good to let customers know so they don't make a wasted trip. They say "third time's the charm," but unfortunately, that's not the case here.

15/02/2026: A very warm welcome despite our group of six and our arrival after the other restaurants' kitchens had closed. The selection of dishes is excellent and the food delicious. But most importantly, we were greeted by Philippe and his team of professionals. They were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. This restaurant is definitely among my favorites and I will be back. Thank you, Philippe, and see you soon!
A very friendly welcome even though we were six and arrived after other restaurants had closed. The selection of dishes is very good and the food tasty. Most importantly, it was the warm welcome that Philippe and his team of professionals offered us. They were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. However, the food quality was mediocre. It's a shame to offer such high-quality service when the food is made with low-grade ingredients.
