Overcooked reheated merguez dries out.

Probably reheated leftovers from the day before.
The same goes for semolina. As for the broth, some boiled vegetables.
Couscous is my favorite dish, that's why I take my friends there.
I had been there a few years ago, that's not the memory I had of this restaurant.
17/06/2024: How to say ? Mr. Cook, you should enhance the broth of your couscous with its pretty spices such as Raz el Hanout, and be a little more generous with the vegetables. Tasteless couscous!!!
Given the price of the dish, there are much better options elsewhere (Ozoir la Ferrière). It had been some time since I had come, because I was already disappointed, confirmation of my disappointment.

My stay at L'Angelo was a great disappointment, right from the reception. Barely a hello from the staff. We were received by a pregnant waitress, visibly exhausted and unable to provide proper service. In his condition, it would be wiser to grant him sick leave, which would be understandable.
The service continued on a negative note with an interminable wait of over an hour for a simple board, pizzas and eggplant gratin. The board was greasy and tasteless, the pizzas were barely acceptable, and the eggplant gratin was inedible, drowned in oil.
An address to absolutely avoid.

21/08/2024: Restaurant with terrace which is a big plus in the summer. Very pleasant team who had a nice attention on the occasion of our daughter's birthday (candle, singing...).
Good value for money. Pasta, pizza, desserts, everything was very good.
From time to time they organize themed evenings, very nice!
I recommend this restaurant with its lovely setting.

18/09/2024: Not clean and smell of sewage in the room. That was the first time. No more problems since.
15/09/2024: Service at the standard level. On the other hand, the maintenance of the rooms leaves something to be desired: bedroom door which locks before closing. We leave with the door open. Reported during stay but not repaired on departure. Basin detached from its surface in the bathroom, sliding doors unhinged... a lot of details that are missing in terms of service.
Free charging sockets for Customers' electric vehicles would be necessary.

25/07/2024: Simply disgusting! Testing a taco. The tasting was similar to the culinary exploration of various eco + or top budget type products subtly mixed in the taco cake without having taken the risk of burning these quality ingredients... Hum the almost raw chemical merguez yum yum.. .. And the homemade cheese sauce is so liquid and so tasteless that it couldn't mask the exotic flavor of these pieces of "sausages", surely halal but not great. As for the fries, barely defrosted and poorly cooked, they are ultimately whiter than the cheese sauce.

12/08/2024: We go to the storica for its simple, family, friendly and pleasant side.
The pizzas are to die for, in short I love them.
The only downside is that the menu doesn't change much, but it's so good 😉
20/06/2024: It's Thursday June 20, it's 9:07 p.m. this junk restaurant doesn't answer the phone to take a delivery order, what's the point of marking that you're doing delivery if it's to not answer the phone bank of broken arms patelin inbred

11/06/2024: Here is my calzone extra for minced meat, pay 2€... I'm still looking for the bits of meat, however the crème fraîche I was served... no taste and uncooked pasta, moreover in my partner's, there was a huge piece of plastic.
25/05/2024: Pretty good pizza!
On the other hand, hygiene needs to be reviewed, the staff cash you, they touch the tickets then go and make our pizzas without washing their hands.
This isn't the first time!
I hope you will change.
