21/04/2026: We came for dinner on Saturday, April 18th at 7 pm, at a table of six by the window. The welcome was very good, but the service was disappointing. The waitress was unpleasant; she barely gave us time to choose and seemed to want to get rid of us. The food was good, but the service's attitude really spoiled the experience. We won't be back.

19/04/2026: I wish to file a complaint regarding the unpleasant service I received at your restaurant. This is not the first time I have felt unwelcome. During my last visit with my daughter, I ordered a pizza and, upon receiving it, I thought there had been a mistake. I spoke to someone who appeared to be the manager, but she insisted in an unpleasant manner. When I expressed my disagreement, she threw the pizza onto a neighboring table. Then, a waitress approached me aggressively, showing me the menu. I acknowledged my mistake, but her attitude remained disrespectful, with inappropriate gestures and expressions. As a foreigner, even though I speak the language, this situation made me feel deeply uncomfortable. I felt humiliated and mistreated as a customer.

13/01/2026: A very pleasant, spacious, and not too noisy restaurant. Ideal for spending time with friends or family. Their pasta bake is excellent; I only ever order that dish when I eat there. But the rest of the menu is just as good, according to my friends. The value for money is good, and the ingredients are high quality. I recommend this restaurant for a wonderful, relaxed time with loved ones.

01/02/2026: A very warm welcome, the royal couscous was excellent, kir, wine, and coffee included for 40 euros. The staff were very pleasant. A restaurant to recommend.

31/12/2025: The welcome was extremely friendly and pleasant. We had lunch on December 31st at this restaurant, which we hadn't visited for five years. It was a very enjoyable experience! The food, classic Italian, was delicious.

10/04/2026: This restaurant offers quality dishes; I recommend it. We encountered a young waitress who made us feel quite uncomfortable. My husband and I had a lovely evening, but at the end of her shift, as she was leaving, she spoke to us in Kabyle, seemingly wanting to assert her ethnicity, at least to my husband. This made us feel uneasy.

26/01/2025: Came to eat at the restaurant today for a birthday. Difficult to find positive points apart from the setting which is very beautiful. As it is not possible to give negative stars, I give two for the environment which is pleasant, unlike the employees. Obviously we didn't have the budget for friendliness and efficiency... too bad! First, the waiter took away the cocktail menus from us when we told him we hadn't chosen yet. A task that turned out to be even more difficult once we no longer had the map 🤔. Then, once our dishes arrived, the waiter was unable to recognize them to serve us. Confusing seafood pasta and carbonara pasta seems to me to be a bit excessive. Perhaps the gentleman suffered from a visual impairment in which case I apologize. This might be the only explanation. The price/quantity/quality ratio is just an aberration. Paying so much for pasta that was in no way remarkable and in a quantity worthy of a starter is just unacceptable. Then we ordered coffees (which we were still waiting for even though we were almost alone in the restaurant). Even though the coffees didn't arrive, we still tried to charge us for them because apparently losing our life insurance for four dishes (it still hurts me to call them dishes) was not a sufficient lack of respect. Having to make comments like this when you're in a McDonald's is still ok but in a semi-gourmet place I expected something else. Maybe we are too demanding 🙄... In short: we will not return there again. Besides the setting which is nice there is nothing to keep here.

26/12/2025: A must-visit restaurant whenever I'm in Vaureal! Truly Italian cuisine! A delight for the taste buds, whether it's the pizzas, the pasta, or any of the other dishes on offer. Choosing is always difficult! You want to try everything! The atmosphere is fantastic, the decor is lovely, the service is impeccable, the staff are friendly and smiling, and the value for money is unbeatable! Kudos to Vincent and his entire team, always so attentive to their customers! See you soon!

05/04/2026: A quiet and cozy restaurant, tastefully decorated. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and takes good care of their customers. The meal was simply perfect. The pizza had an incredible crust, and the tagliatelle carbonara was superb! A place to remember!

23/04/2026: Your pizzas are good, no complaints there. However, the service is problematic. On several occasions, the welcome was cold and unfriendly. When I placed an order, I came to pick up a pizza and offered to redeem my loyalty points for a free pizza: a flat refusal, on the grounds that it should have been specified when placing the order. This kind of rigidity makes no sense to a loyal customer. Another example: a 40-minute delay on my order, with no apology or gesture of goodwill. It's disrespectful. The quality of the products isn't enough if the customer experience is neglected. It's time to rethink how you treat your customers.

11/03/2026: The takeaway pizzas were a complete disaster; I've never seen pizzas so greasy. The seafood pizza was so salty it ended up in the bin. I won't be repeating the experience.
