It's a shame that parking is sometimes a bit tricky.

20/03/2026: I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant. The dishes are of excellent quality, very fresh, and carefully prepared. Authentic flavors and beautiful presentation are evident in every plate.
The service is pleasant and attentive, and the restaurant has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It's a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal of excellent Japanese cuisine.
28/02/2026: One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to! The sushi and maki are made fresh to order, they have a variety of fish, not just salmon and tuna, all very fresh, and the dishes are very authentic, served with pickled radish, among other things. The miso soup was also incredible; I've never tasted one so good! On top of that, the owners were absolutely lovely ❤️

13/03/2026: First visit was great, prices a bit high but the products were top quality.
Second time, we were a bit rushed by the waiter to order, but it was fine.
Third and last time, the waitress was pressuring us, and caught off guard, we got up to leave. Then the waitress stopped my wife, held up the menu in front of her, and demanded she order... We left and won't be back, which is a shame.

The quality of the sushi is excellent, with a great balance of rice and fish, and a wide variety of different types of fish.
The waitress was fantastic, attentive, and always there when needed, always smiling.
For sushi, I highly recommend Hattori; you can go there without hesitation.
17/02/2026: We ordered takeout 30 minutes before closing time. The waitress was very kind and even came out to bring us our order while we were browsing the shop windows nearby. Good selection on the menu, with some rather original recipes compared to other Japanese restaurants. Generous portions, we recommend it!

Unfortunately closed on Sundays, the only day we'd really like to eat sushi,
No sushi restaurants are open nearby
A suggestion: open on Sundays!! It's sorely missed, and close on Tuesdays...

16/04/2025: Always very pleasant and available on the phone. The sushi is the best I have ever eaten in La Rochelle despite tough competition. I'm lucky enough to live nearby and be able to order them regularly. Go there with your eyes closed! 🙏🏾👌

It's a shame the toilet hygiene was so poor... The sink and toilet were filthy; had they ever even been cleaned?

07/02/2026: The food is delicious! The sushi and sashimi are fresh and truly high-quality; it's a real treat. I'd especially like to mention the delicious chicken meatball skewers...the best I've ever had! And we know what we're talking about, as we cook Asian food at home.
The service and the welcome are perfect. We had a wonderful time. This place is a must-try. A real gem.

30/06/2025: Comfortable room, but lacking in charm, extremely noisy because of the avenues that pass on either side of the hotel. Bathroom smells very damp, curtains that are absolutely not blackout are annoying when it gets dark only from 10/10:30 p.m. This hotel lacks refreshment, it is far too old considering the price of the room

21/07/2024: First order, and we can't say that I was disappointed. The quality/price ratio is there. A reduced menu that guarantees fresh products. Honestly it was good BUT! I only give it 4 because I wasn’t transported by the flavors either. It just lacked a little flavor, it lacked something extra or you say to yourself “we had a great time”. Yes, we ate well but perhaps a little lack of madness: of originality. It’s a good basic and at a very reasonable price! We will order again for sure but alternating with other addresses.
