29/08/2023: We tried to call to order takeout, no one answered. We travel from La Couarde at 7:45 p.m. to order takeaway or eat on site. The restaurant is open but does not take take-out or dine-in orders when there is no one inside. The person is not friendly… too bad!

21/04/2024: Very nice hotel. Special thanks to Melissa for welcoming us and giving us access to our room early enough so that we could drop off our luggage and enjoy the weekend. Hearty and affordable breakfast. The parking lot is very accessible and secure. I highly recommend.

09/03/2024: The BEST Japanese restaurant around. A culinary ecstasy assured frankly, for me who doesn't eat 🐟 raw fish, I literally threw myself on it, extra fresh fish that melts in my mouth. I also fell for the Thai beef, which was delicious. It will now be my favorite restaurant. 😍 even if it means driving 40 minutes

29/02/2024: Rarely have I eaten such bad sushi, apart from once, a tray that I was able to get in a supermarket. Being a salesman, I was able to try many restaurants in Bordeaux, Bayonne, Poitiers, Paris, Grenoble, La Roche Yon... Without even tasting them, I knew that it would not be good, you can see it by the color of the rice which is different (it shines). The rice is mushy (in my opinion the rice is not rinsed before cooking, a process which removes the starch, which gives this sticky texture), complicated to chew, and on top of that the sushi Are big and not particularly good done, the canned tuna mix was frozen. I have even eaten better sushi in restaurants, all-you-can-eat wok buffet. The soup wasn't bad but surprised not to see any mushrooms. Concerning coleslaw, the latter did not marinate long enough because it was still crunchy. Very surprised to see so many favorable opinions (I think people didn't have too much to compare). Big progress to be made... Avoid for the moment.

14/05/2024: We occasionally order sushi because we don't live nearby, but the products are good, fresh and tasty. We have never been disappointed, and the welcome is always cordial. During a long delay in ordering during our penultimate visit, we were offered desserts without having to ask for anything, it's commercial, thank you! I will put 1 star less simply for the fact that we never manage to have collaboration on products with the chefs or others (always a victim of its success), it's a shame. See you soon !

12/05/2024: I've been ordering Sushi Shop for a while now and they're making a lot of mistakes with their orders, but this is too much, So I ordered 6 avocado and tuna sushi cooked with sweet soy sauce, The sauce was slimy, so much so that I couldn't even dip the sushi in it and it tasted sour so I threw it away. The sushi was not fresh at all, it smelled bad and it didn't taste good, obviously that went with it, With all the negative reviews I find it shameful that nothing has yet been done, especially when most of the complaints are based on the quality of the food sold, very poor service.

21/04/2024: We ordered via Uber Eat: the missing beef and cheese skewers. I call and tell them to bring them back, they tell me that it's not possible because "it's too far" (6km from the restaurant) they tell me that I can get a refund the menu sue uber arrived on the app "this order is not refundable" I call it theft

21/04/2024: Order via Uber eat: --> Pay for priority order result delivered 1h30 later. --> Pay for menu with beef and cheese skewer result skewer not delivered.. ---> Pay for sweet soy sauces (1e) 3, received 0 for savory sauces. --> damaged packaging and broken plastic of sushi boxes. --> no commercial gesture by telephone for these omissions.
