20/06/2026: A superb find! While visiting La Rochelle, we discovered this little Japanese restaurant and were delighted!
The food is truly delicious, and the fish is fresh. I had sashimi and my wife had skewers. The food was cooked to order and was excellent. Furthermore, the welcome was very warm; the owners are exceptionally kind.
Thank you for this wonderful meal!

The quality of the sushi is excellent, with a great balance of rice and fish, and a wide variety of different types of fish.
The waitress was fantastic, attentive, and always there when needed, always smiling.
For sushi, I highly recommend Hattori; you can go there without hesitation.
17/02/2026: We ordered takeout 30 minutes before closing time. The waitress was very kind and even came out to bring us our order while we were browsing the shop windows nearby. Good selection on the menu, with some rather original recipes compared to other Japanese restaurants. Generous portions, we recommend it!

22/07/2026: An essential address, a sure bet over the years, the quality is always there and we really enjoy coming back every time!
12/07/2026: A warm and friendly welcome, and the sushi and other dishes are fresh and generous.
You can sit at a counter facing the sea, or at high tables or more traditional ones. The dining room is air-conditioned.
We'll definitely be back!

14/05/2026: The last time I went there, my sister got food poisoning from salmon that wasn't fresh at all. I didn't even eat it because it didn't look very good to begin with.

16/04/2025: Always very pleasant and available on the phone. The sushi is the best I have ever eaten in La Rochelle despite tough competition. I'm lucky enough to live nearby and be able to order them regularly. Go there with your eyes closed! 🙏🏾👌
