30/06/2025: I love the quality at Sushi H, the dishes are really delicious BUT they have a real organizational problem. It's not possible to wait so long to be served... 30 minutes before getting drinks and more than an hour for sushi. It seems like they take way too many takeout orders and that dine-in customers are forgotten. I prefer to be told clearly that they can't take my reservation rather than to say yes and not be able to serve us in a reasonable time.

06/11/2024: Cuisine typically in the Japanese spirit: apparently Spartan but full of finesse and delicacy: Japanese refinement. Quantity perhaps a little tight for Westerners but the quality and taste are there. The little Fujiyama of taste buds in La Rochelle. The boss-chef doesn't care about the customers at all: a Professional, very pleasant indeed. The only downside is that the service is a little too long, but this is explained by the fact that the owner, alone, prepares fresh and tasty products for you and not dishes prepared in advance and that the lady is the only one to serve. . In any case, I will return there because the waiting time is rewarded by the qualitative content of your plate. Rating: 18.80/20. And the prices are particularly fair for the high quality offered. Allow around €30 per person for a complete taste treat sending you straight to the land of the rising Sun.

Le coin est sans chichi ; c'est le patron qui s'occupe de la confection du poisson cru et en cuisine, une femme seule qui s'occupe de tout le reste ! Et la carte est assez étoffée !
La petite serveuse quoiqu'un peu timide et introvertie a été très serviable et agréable
Nous avons pu déguster plusieurs petits plats différents et c 'est le tigre qui pleure qui a remporté la palme du soir, la cuisson était parfaite !
Une belle surprise !

Bathroom smells very damp, curtains that are absolutely not blackout are annoying when it gets dark only from 10/10:30 p.m. This hotel lacks refreshment, it is far too old considering the price of the room

Soups forgotten, sweet sauces requested, savory sauces served..., poorly closed sauces spilled into the pockets.
The salmon rolls are becoming less good than before, disappointed.

21/07/2024: First order, and we can't say that I was disappointed. The quality/price ratio is there. A reduced menu that guarantees fresh products. Honestly it was good BUT! I only give it 4 because I wasn’t transported by the flavors either. It just lacked a little flavor, it lacked something extra or you say to yourself “we had a great time”. Yes, we ate well but perhaps a little lack of madness: of originality. It’s a good basic and at a very reasonable price! We will order again for sure but alternating with other addresses.

25/01/2025: If I could give 0 stars I would have done so. It's been 2 hours since we ordered via Uber Eats. 4 times a delivery person shows up at your home and once they have, they disappear from the application and still not delivered!
I managed to get the 4 delivery guy on the phone, he was able to keep me on the phone by asking you the question and you dared to say to wait another 30 minutes so 2h30 to wait for sushi ordered at 6:30 p.m. and he will It will soon be 9 p.m. without an order! A shameful hundred!
If you don't know how to manage the flow of your orders, stop Uber Eats because you're wasting the time of your customers and also the delivery person who is traveling for nothing!
I strongly advise against ordering via Uber Eats unless you are very patient and don't care if you don't get delivered after 3 hours of waiting!
