15/05/2026: We just had a wonderful family meal at Sakura! It brought back memories of my first time there 15 years ago. The fish is still as fresh and tender as ever. It's a pleasure to dine in a traditional Japanese restaurant that truly showcases the quality of the ingredients! The presentation was beautiful and the welcome very warm. 15/05/2026: Excellent experience! We shared a Cøti platter for two, it was impeccably fresh and beautifully presented. The coconut pearls and mochi ice cream for dessert were perfect. The manager is super friendly, full of jokes and great advice. A warm welcome from start to finish. We were delighted!

12/05/2026: We ate there one evening. Greeted with a smile, we were served promptly. It was a great find; the menu choices are different from what you'd expect from sushi. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were excellent... all beautifully presented :) I highly recommend it.

19/02/2026: Hello, The quality of the sushi is excellent, with a great balance of rice and fish, and a wide variety of different types of fish. The waitress was fantastic, attentive, and always there when needed, always smiling. For sushi, I highly recommend Hattori; you can go there without hesitation.

17/02/2026: We ordered takeout 30 minutes before closing time. The waitress was very kind and even came out to bring us our order while we were browsing the shop windows nearby. Good selection on the menu, with some rather original recipes compared to other Japanese restaurants. Generous portions, we recommend it!

09/05/2026: A little gem in downtown Rochefort, a superb Japanese-style restaurant using only fresh ingredients! The fish is cut directly onto a cutting board (we only saw the board) brought back from the market! The prices are extremely affordable for the quality! (Whether it's the bento box with sashimi and sushi + gyoza or yakitori skewers at €15-17, the Peking duck at €18, or the stir-fried pork at €15-16) We had a fantastic meal for our money, and it was very filling! Moreover, the appetizers on the menu are truly delicious, the miso soup is high-quality and full of flavor, the salad is refreshing... You can go without hesitation, it's top-notch! 💯

29/05/2026: A good option if you don't want to overthink things. The sushi is tasty, even if the preparation isn't perfect (personal opinion). I just found the prices a bit high, especially for what it is. The service was excellent, no complaints there. I'm definitely tempted to try something else in the future. I would just recommend that the staff be more careful when preparing the sushi.

26/04/2026: The cleanliness left much to be desired, judging by the windows at the entrance, but since the reviews were good, I didn't let that deter me. The tables and dishes need refreshing; it's time to replace everything. The wooden boats used to serve the sushi are in a terrible state. The three courses were served quickly, which immediately raised a red flag: it meant everything was prepared in advance. The meat in the skewers was difficult to identify. Despite this, my son thought the fish was good in the various sushi he ate. The highlight of the experience was when I decided to go to the restroom! I had to cross the dining room, then another room, before finally reaching the toilets... And in this room were the kitchen equipment and the cook... and everything was in a terrible state! Seriously, it's unbelievable! But I should mention that we didn't get sick... And the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Seriously, before giving it 4 or 5 stars and saying it's the best Japanese restaurant you've ever eaten at, who are we kidding?

18/01/2026: We had a very good family meal; the food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. It's a shame the toilet hygiene was so poor... The sink and toilet were filthy; had they ever even been cleaned?
