The couple who run this restaurant are incredibly kind. Exquisite dishes, presented with great delicacy and beauty. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience, on a day when thunder roared loudly 😉
21/08/2026: A must-visit if you come to La Rochelle, a very good restaurant, super friendly owner, we came there 8 years ago and nothing has changed, still as good! The restaurant has been open for 24 years... simple, efficient.

We had a fantastic meal; the sushi was generous and delicious.
Special mention to the waiter, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire meal.
13/08/2026: We ordered sushi and sides by phone, and let me tell you, this is the best sushi restaurant in town.
The service was friendly, the food was very fresh, and we even received a little gift. Thanks again, I'll be back!

20/08/2026: Excellent sushi restaurant. The cuisine remains very much in the Oléron style, notably featuring seasonal dishes with sea bass. The platter for four people offered a very nice selection from the rather extensive menu!

22/08/2026: A great place to eat delicious sushi and other Japanese food. I always enjoy coming here. The food is good, the service is excellent, and there's never a long wait. I highly recommend this place. They also have a very extensive menu, which makes you want to try everything.
I just want to point out that I find some of the items rather expensive, but that's just my personal opinion.

14/05/2026: The last time I went there, my sister got food poisoning from salmon that wasn't fresh at all. I didn't even eat it because it didn't look very good to begin with.

I recommend without problem.
16/04/2025: Always very pleasant and available on the phone. The sushi is the best I have ever eaten in La Rochelle despite tough competition. I'm lucky enough to live nearby and be able to order them regularly. Go there with your eyes closed! 🙏🏾👌
