19/08/2024: My favorite Japanese restaurant in Alsace. The sushi/sashimi are very good, and if you get tired of them, you have to be tempted by the sukiyaki, to order in advance!

02/05/2024: We placed an order for 130€ this evening, when we asked for a little extra ginger, the waiter pointed out that he was giving us 1 pot free of charge, but that normally, it costs 1€, and that in any case, There are some in the boxes, and guess what? no ginger in the boxes on 3 boxes, stinginess and bad service at sushi :)
go to sushi burn instead, excellent service and very good sushi
09/04/2024: We ate excellent sushi there! The choice was very vast, with unexpected and delicious variations like foie gras/mango sushi and fresh goat cheese/arugula/honey sushi.
The little cabbage salad as a starter was delicious.
The service was fast and friendly!

24/07/2024: Je suis toujours perplexe dans les restaurants japonais. On ne sait quoi prendre ! Va pour un Chirashi ! Les produits sont très frais d'excellente qualité. Mais j'aimerais bien savoir "comment ça se mange" .
Rien à dire, c'était très bon et j'y retournerai.
29/06/2024: En général je n'aime pas les sushi ou du moins je ne court pas après....
Mais ma femme en a voulu pour notre retour de vacances pour ne rien préparer à la maison car elle connaissais leur ancienne adresse.
J'ai été surpris de découvrir et surtout d'aimer les leur !..( maki las-vegas ,sashimi saumon ont été mes préférés 🥰!)
Je recommande vivement et pourtant je suis un viandare pur jus !!
Je doit également les féliciter pour leur nouveau restaurant qui est très beau à mon goût et très bien achalandé. ( m'a femme m'a montré les photos de l'ancien restaurant et il est vrai que cela n'a plus rien à voir !....)
Merci à eux et de m'avoir enfin fait aimer leurs sushi !.!
