18/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! Since the change, the atmosphere is completely different. We ordered over €80 this past Friday evening. When we arrived, no one greeted us (just two young people there), and our order wasn't ready; we waited a good 15 minutes longer than the time indicated on the order. Seeing the sushi chef using his cell phone while wearing gloves, we understood the delay… When it came time to pay, I paid in cash, and the young waiter gave me the correct amount. I asked for the receipt. When he saw me comparing the change he gave me to what was on the receipt (a 2-cent difference), he looked for the change again and finally gave me the correct amount. It's only 2 cents, but you give the exact change, and if I want to leave a tip, I'll do it myself. It makes you wonder what they do to customers who don't check their change... Since our order wasn't ready, we sat down at the tables near the entrance. Imagine my surprise when the waiter called me "Oh Morgane!" to ask which sauce I wanted. I've never seen a restaurant call its customers by their first name, except for that famous café that writes names on the cups. What a lack of respect! We don't even know each other... Our order was finally ready, and the young waiter handed us the bag of sushi. I checked inside and found it rather sparse considering the order. I sat back down at the entrance table to check the order against the receipt and realized that not all the hot items were there. Between the unpaid change and the incomplete order, be careful not to get ripped off! When the young waitress saw me complaining about what was missing, she gave me the hot food bag, saying, "Oh dear, my colleague didn't give you the hot food, here you go." Pay attention to your orders, check everything carefully from beginning to end!

15/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, authentic Japanese cuisine with some dishes that are a bit out of the ordinary. The breaded chicken is excellent, and so are the ramen dishes. The only downside: the dining room could use some background music and a bit more decoration, but otherwise, it's great! 👌🏻

02/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I had a €100 gift voucher, which had expired… by just one day. Knowing that the restaurant was closed the day before, I expected a little understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, there was no gesture of goodwill, no effort whatsoever. They categorically refused to honor the voucher, despite the obvious situation. It's truly regrettable to see an establishment prioritize a rigid rule over customer satisfaction and common sense. A frustrating experience that makes me not want to return or recommend this place. Avoid it if you expect even a modicum of consideration.

31/03/2026: Went for lunch on Saturday. We were the only ones there and the heater not the light was on. Besides sitting in the cold place lunch was good. I ordered mochi for dessert, not ice cream mochi. It was still frozen with ice stuck on it and was impossible to eat. Otherwise the price and portion is good. It still Cost is 40 Euros for lunch with dessert

25/03/2026: I called to place an order. I'm pregnant, and 15 minutes before closing time, I was craving sushi with cooked tuna, but the problem? The woman didn't understand French. I had to repeat my address eight times, and then when it came to my order, she kept saying they were closing in 15 minutes. Too complicated for me! Seriously??? 😂😂

23/04/2026: A lovely evening out with my 6-year-old daughter. We received a very warm welcome. The concept is original; you really choose what looks good to you, and the hardest part is resisting the urge to devour everything! The dishes are beautifully presented; they're as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We even got to watch the chef prepare the "salmon sushi," as that mustachioed child would say.

22/04/2026: An incredible culinary experience! The freshness and selection of sushi is amazing, the quality is exceptional, and the service is highly professional. There's something for every budget; sushi connoisseurs shouldn't miss this unique address in Mulhouse and the surrounding area.

18/02/2026: The price-quality ratio is acceptable. Given the overall Google rating and glowing reviews, I was expecting better. There's often a long wait in the evening due to the high volume of Uber Eats deliveries. The chicken spring rolls weren't as flavorful as I'd hoped; they were a bit bland. Otherwise, it's generally good. The service was pleasant and friendly. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars... I'm going with 4.

18/04/2026: A customer for at least 12 years, never disappointed (except by the queue sometimes), a sure thing!! The only downside when eating in is the coming and going of customers (takeaway) between the tables which hinders the conviviality and even feels a bit cramped when you are a couple.

14/04/2026: I want to apologize because I don't like to be mean, but this was just unacceptable. I'm not saying I'm a sushi fanatic or anything, but the sushi was bland with way too much rice. The supposedly sweet sauce wasn't sweet at all; I could only taste the rice, even though it was salmon and avocado. I asked for fried onions, and they added a €1 surcharge for breadcrumbs that weren't crispy at all. In short, they weren't fried onions. Then I asked to change two skewers in my meal, and they asked for even more extra charges. And for takeout, there was another surcharge, lol. Even the gyoza weren't good, but the skewers were okay. The service was fine, I have no complaints there, but they just need to take a good look at themselves and consider the customer because this is unacceptable. Some people told me it was the best sushi in Mulhouse and that the sushi was huge, but come on, be reasonable. It's fine to be expensive, but in return, offer quality. If you want good sushi in Mulhouse, go to Sushi Line. The fish is very fresh, the sweet sauce is homemade, and they won't charge you extra. Anyway, I missed my date.

27/01/2026: A mediocre experience. The price is excessive for what you get. The quality is disappointing (dry rice, lack of seasoning in the salad) and the sushi pieces are abnormally small. Despite ordering 42 pieces for two people, the quantity wasn't enough to satisfy us. Unfortunately, the standardized approach of a chain restaurant is all too apparent, to the detriment of taste and generous portions.
