24/07/2026: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.
The sushi, the rice, the skewers—everything tasted and smelled burnt. Not overcooked, but truly charred, like meat left on the grill for 10 minutes too long.

01/07/2026: An excellent experience at Sushi GM! The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The presentation is beautiful, and the portions are generous. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always attentive. The restaurant has a pleasant and warm atmosphere. It's undoubtedly one of the best places to enjoy sushi. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!
24/06/2026: As a loyal customer for over 10 years, it is with great disappointment that I leave this review today.
Over the years, we have seen the quality gradually decline, to the point where it no longer meets the standards that made Sushi GM so renowned. Whether dining in or ordering delivery, the service is no longer up to the standard we once enjoyed.
Beyond the quality of the food, the service and the way some customers are treated are also problematic. It is regrettable to feel disregarded, or even to be spoken to disrespectfully, especially as a regular customer for so many years.
We have very fond memories of this establishment, which is why this decline is all the more unfortunate. We sincerely hope that management will take into account the feedback from its long-standing customers in order to restore the level of quality and service that was once its strength.

20/04/2026: Meh, I think it's changed owners. It's impossible to order online, plus the menu has changed and it's not great. No shrimp stew, no stir-fried noodles like before. A bit disappointed.

01/07/2026: The sashimi was cut very coarsely, in chunks; the uramaki was very poorly made with very bad rice, and there was a large quantity per piece, lacking flavor. The price was very high relative to the service and quality. To be avoided.

Having frequented classic sushi restaurants, I was expecting the same thing. Well, not at all! It's much more subtle, and we're not complaining.
The salad is very fragrant with sesame, the vinegared rice is well-seasoned, the fish is incredibly tender, the gyoza are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth, and the ice cream is rich, creamy, and has original flavors (if they manage to make me like ginger, hats off to them!). Try things you're not used to, or even things you don't usually like; you'll be pleasantly surprised 😉
18/05/2026: This restaurant remains, for me, the benchmark for sushi in the Mulhouse area.
It's nothing like supermarket sushi or what other restaurants in the area offer.
Okay, that's reflected in the price, but it's worth it!

10/06/2026: We've been several times before, and we returned after a two-year break. It's clear things have changed drastically, and not for the better. The welcome is very cold, no smiles at all; you almost feel like you're bothering them. As for the food, the fish portions have been significantly reduced, and the quality has suffered as well. What's more, if you want sashimi, there's a €2 surcharge! Then there's no more soy sauce on the table; you have to get it from a dirty plastic jug. Some of the dishes we ordered were never even served! We won't be back.

12/07/2026: As a long-time loyal customer, I've noticed a clear decline in quality. The menu may be more visually appealing, but this doesn't mask the obvious drop in the standard of the food.
This is all the more disappointing given that the establishment had previously distinguished itself. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, without resorting to excuses, and that it will lead to improvements.

19/05/2026: Shrimp Ramen: Absolutely terrible. They used ready-made instant noodles with a few seasonings and four tasteless frozen shrimp... That's not what I call ramen!
Gyozas: Again, frozen food, very mushy.
+1 star for the friendly staff and clean place, but it lacked atmosphere (lighting, maybe some background music).
Conclusion: As someone who doesn't cook much, I could have made the same thing at home. These two dishes held no interest for me.
15/05/2026: I just ordered Peking duck, sweet and savory duck, noodles, and Cantonese rice.
It was perfect: we were perfectly moderate from start to finish!

27/01/2026: A mediocre experience. The price is excessive for what you get. The quality is disappointing (dry rice, lack of seasoning in the salad) and the sushi pieces are abnormally small. Despite ordering 42 pieces for two people, the quantity wasn't enough to satisfy us. Unfortunately, the standardized approach of a chain restaurant is all too apparent, to the detriment of taste and generous portions.
