28/03/2024: I love Japanese food. I love sushi. I have been to Japan several times and although I don't claim the same quality as the Tokyo fish market I expected much more from a sushi restaurant with such a high rating. The color of the bluefin tuna was not comparable to the photographs. It is not of good quality and it shows in the flavor, like the rest of the fish in the set I chose. Tasteless fish in general. The cut was too thick and coarse although the amount of rice in each portion was very good. The pity is that the rice was not on point either. Too glutinous, a little soggy. I'm sorry to be so harsh with my opinion but I felt cheated by expecting a quality comparable to the super score it has. Definitely the quality they offer does not correspond to the score. The treatment, however, was exceptional and the space was pleasant.

Everything is perfect: the freshness of the ingredients, the dishes, the friendliness and fast service of the waitresses, the room manager, friendly and smiling. Each time, I came away light and satisfied. I must have been Japanese in another life because this cuisine suits me perfectly.

26/03/2024: Nothing extraordinary, it's still classic but the staff is friendly. Don't expect a big discovery either. However, the products are fresh and made to order. Correct.
