17/01/2026: We were lucky enough to have a wonderful family evening at this restaurant. The chef was incredibly kind and explained everything to us. The sushi and maki were fantastic, and the pork teppanyaki that day was truly excellent. The homemade dessert was equally delicious. In short, we highly recommend it and will definitely return when we're next in Toulouse. 🙏❤️

09/01/2026: I went there this evening with my family, and the manager is lovely and very friendly! Thank you for the warm welcome and kindness. The food is excellent, very flavorful and generous portions. My gyozas were delicious, and they're among the best sushi I've ever had. I also got some Thai basil stir-fried chicken to go, which was also excellent. I highly recommend it!

Warm welcome, professional and friendly staff, nice decor, really delighted 👍 and the plates nicely decorated without being over the top and above all with flavor, homemade at last!!! Adequate quantity, for lovers of good meat, choose the rib-eye steak, I recommend it (in the user's photo, the second piece offered) because it's a real rib-eye steak, its size and taste 😍🤤👌very good experience, keep it up and you'll go far

30/11/2025: I placed an order for around €80. – One rice was missing. – The gyozas were really bad, completely tasteless; they tasted like they'd been steamed. Frankly, I no longer recommend them. At that price, it's a shame they can't even manage an order properly, probably due to stress or poor organization.

26/11/2025: Quite expensive for the products and quantities. Long wait in the evening, the manager wasn't very friendly.

05/11/2025: Super friendly atmosphere. Excellent traditional Japanese cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. A pleasant and warm welcome ;) I recommend it 100%!

10/12/2025: Another review for, unfortunately, yet another deplorable level of service and customer care. We received our order yesterday, and one of the soups had been completely ruined (I realized in the elevator, when I saw the bag dripping, why the delivery driver had been so sneaky!). The bottom of the bag was soaked in soup, the tray's cardboard box was dripping wet, and the sushi and maki were crushed. On the phone, a young employee, doing her best, tried to find a solution, but no manager took charge of the case. She offered a credit note, which I refused because this would indeed be our last order, and I never order by phone (so I can't use credit notes). For the past year, we've moved and have been forced to order from François Verdier's restaurant. Every single order has had a problem. This never happened at the Saint Cyprien location. I'm still waiting for confirmation of a refund, at least a partial one, for the order (as I mentioned on the phone, the tray was unsightly but edible). Shameful considering the size of the order.
