21/09/2024: Le lieu est sobre, apaisant et chic, sans affectation. Il faut choisir le comptoir ( sièges très confortables) pour assister au travail millimétré et étonnant du Chef.
Loin d’être un spectacle c’est un ballet entre la plaque de cuisson, les légumes, les poissons viandes et crustacés qui sont préparés devant vous. Les goûts et les cuissons sont parfaits, la communication avec le personnel est un vrai plaisir.
Ce restaurant est un morceau de Japon authentique. On est ailleurs et on y est très bien. Merci à vous.
14/09/2024: Un vrai délice ! Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle, un voyage au Japon sans quitter Paris.
Les plats proposés à base de poisson et de bœuf wagy sont excellents.
Le menu dégustation a 90 EUR est très bien et raisonnable compte tenu des 6 plats proposés.

Ce sushi est très bien situé dans la rue centrale de Levallois, les serveurs sont gentils et rapide (important lorsqu'on déjeune), le saumon est très frais. Il y a peu de monde donc l'ambiance n'est pas très chaleureuse mais ce restaurant mériterait plus de clients.
18/07/2024: Très bon restaurant de sushis, le saumon est frais et le thon aussi. Le personnel est sympathique, c'est le meilleur de Levallois-Perret et de loin.

01/10/2024: Sushi in Châtillon is undoubtedly one of the best sushi in the region. The service is impeccable and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Discovered by chance, it quickly became my go-to address. The price-quality ratio is excellent and very competitive.
I highly recommend it for an authentic and tasty culinary experience.

14/04/2024: A great discovery. Chirachi with creamy salmon, rich in taste. The rice is firm and has a good texture. The ginger is fresh and intense.
I recommend a good quality lunch or evening meal.

18/09/2024: We went there this afternoon with friends, what was our surprise and disgust when we came across MIDS drowned in sweet soy sauce!!! we understand that this could happen but the lack of reaction from staff to this. No excuses, they told us to get sauce from another table and the same scenario happened. Obviously no commercial gesture either. We won't be going back anytime soon.
11/09/2024: Excellent restaurant which has never disappointed us (in the few dozen times we have been there)! The raw fish dishes are very good at an affordable price.
