22/06/2025: An excellent experience at Sushi Saint-Cloud! The dishes are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly presented.
Special mention to Clémence for her warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend it.
11/06/2025: What an idiot for not checking recent reviews. I got ripped off by the Uber Eats discount.
The products were not compliant, with veggie California rolls without mayonnaise and the cucumber replaced with large slices of red onion. None of them stay closed, everything falls apart.
The fish arrived lukewarm with a slightly limited flavor. The Fredy Mix box with the signature Rock'n'Roll was clearly not fresh... In fact, there were supposed to be chips and therefore something crunchy, but everything was soggy.
A real disappointment given the prices charged by the chain.
Never again.

24/09/2024: Deplorable service despite undoubtedly the good will of the few staff present!
You always have to ask to be served but as they are always overwhelmed, the service drags on and you spend a lot of time there.
Too bad because I frequented this establishment for several years.
At the end of the meal, no attention paid to the customer to see if they had a good time!
I won't go anymore

19/08/2024: I have come to Matsuri several times and twice since the rebranding! The setting is really great, very beautiful decor! The director is adorable, very welcoming and so is the sushiman who always works with precision and is smiling ☺️ They accept our doggy friends 🐶❤️ and finally excellent value for money when you book on the fork!! Small downside: orders don't always go through the QR code on the phone in the kitchen so check with the waiters!

You are entitled to three courses but this is more than enough when you order a lot at the first course.
The restaurant is clean and the food is good.
Parking space at the front of the restaurant.

19/09/2024: I have never seen a sushi shop with such large portions for such an affordable price. The delivery people are very efficient and always very friendly, often ahead of schedule!
The hot dishes remain hot and we have the pleasure of often (if not every time!) having a free can of Coke.

The value for money is unbeatable and the portions are generous when ordering to take away.

Unfortunately, the manager is very rude and too brutal.
He disrespectfully refused to use a different utensil to cut our sushi because the same knife is also used to cut uncooked salmon which is contraindicated for my pregnant wife.
Of course, I won't set foot again.
22/06/2024: Nice, clean and friendly place. The dishes are tasty. Top sauces. Pleasant, accessible, friendly and smiling staff.

Good value for money compared to others located in the heart of Paris. More expensive than the average Japanese/Chinese but also much better. The service is everything you would expect, friendly, discreet and attentive.

20/07/2024: 🇯🇵It's the first time as I go there every day. Perfect in terms of taste too bad very few vegetables or even none at all in the fried noodles with shrimp 😭, but I will come back without problem and I will ask for more sautéed vegetables and will taste the other flavors which are also delicious 😋, staff very attentive to their customers and pleasant which is very important. Small nicely decorated outside terrace and indoor room with places if you want a little privacy, thank you for your welcome.
I highly recommend 💕.

09/06/2024: Today's order #70793667830 for an order of €53.40. Internal number 26898873. The super Salomon tray is missing. Unreachable even though the store closes in more than half an hour. The phone hangs up on you. No customer service. To be banned if you feel like a customer or even human.

J'ai connu ce restaurant avant qu'il change de propriétaire c'était vraiment top à ce moment-là a partir du moment où ça a changé de propriétaire le service a commencé à changer la qualité des aliments aussi et alors ce soir c'était une catastrophe vraiment serveur à peine aimable la viande vraiment des doutes dessus on est encore a manger la soupe terminée le plat principal arrive moi j'ai jamais vu ça dans un restaurant c'est un truc de fou la qualité a complètement changé vraiment trop déçu pour y retourner je déconseille
16/08/2024: Nothing to do with the previous owner really nothing. To summarize, I had dinner there at 8 p.m. and found myself stuck in the toilet in the middle of the night...most certainly because of the fried noodles which really had a disgusting smell.
