25/01/2025: Exceptional ramen. Very practical digital queue to manage the popularity of the restaurant.
24/01/2025: Local product, high quality and delicious! The chef is nice and the service is great.
The gyoza is quite surprising, it’s a bit spicy, but match with inner stuffing of fish.
Highly recommended! But it’s better to arrive at the restaurant before the opening time as they don’t take reservations. If you are not in the first service, you have to wait a little longer.

The way of ordering food, along with the way it is delivered to your table are both very fast and fun!
Tried a menu with salad Chou (I think) which was really nice. Sushi was average to good, really good considering the price.
Tried one of their more expensive sushi options with a salmon piece on top of the sushi, the name of which evades me right now, and it was also really good.
Amazing place if you’re short on time and a pretty good option even if you’re not, recommended!

Besides the expensive price for a ramen and the fact that there is only ramen with a slice of pork, I do not recommend it at all because it is so fatty (like you have certainly never seen) that my friend and I were very sick barely two hours after eating... stomach cramps and other discomforts...
16/08/2024: It’s a small shop. The fried dumplings are super greasy, and the ramen is very salty and has a Japanese taste. I thought Japanese food would come with ice water like in Japan, but without water, I felt tired after eating it.

27/06/2024: Very warm welcome, I thank the waiters. The miso soup served before the dishes was divine. Everything was perfect except perhaps the rice, which was a little dry. Very good time and prices are very reasonable
25/06/2024: The staff was pleasant and smiling. On the other hand, I didn't like the sushi at all. The rice was not cooked properly, I also find that the sushi is a little small compared to what I am used to eating in other restaurants. There was only the miso soup which was not bad.

29/08/2024: Sushi near Châtelet, we went there one afternoon.
Nothing to say, sushi like most Parisian sushi, can be a little finer than others which have more rice than fish, and therefore more digestible, hygiene service atmosphere everything is ok.
13/07/2024: The worst Ramen I have ever tried. Were kind enough not to charge for it. Left hungry since no one worried that I didn't eat the dish in front of me.

28/07/2024: We ate the most disgusting sushi we have ever eaten, if the service was 0 points it would be 0, it is not clear whether the waiter was interested or beat us, it is a disgrace 👎👎👎👎
I don't recommend it to anyone, I hope it closes soon 🤮🤮🤮🤮
